Took a very long time to get to Australia. Arrived well after Xmas. Thankfully I was able to get in touch and got an emailed copy which I could print out and give on Christmas Day. The person I was corresponding with was extremely helpful.

It was easy to order and they made an excellent star selection based on the preferences I entered. The electronic delivery was quick so I could send the gift same day and then the rest will come in a few days…kind of like the gift that keeps giving.

No service help. Whoever put in I wrote a four star is wrong.
Have yet to see the ,get registration number to see actual star I bought for LOVED one.
Yet been sent three surveys on how good your dude Michael is and your company.
I've not received anything for exception of AA minus on my debt card.
No registration number.
Nothing to locate star in my loved ones name as it was Christmas gift.

November 2022applied for a star registration for my granddaughter, I was waiting for a certificate to give to her for Christmas, but nothing . Nearly $100.oo it cost me still nothing. Very disappointed with a non delivery U.S. and money that was taken from my account

Not a fan
I find it insane that you advertise this beautiful gift package yet when you order it defaults to online so you then have to print the documents and in doing so there is no discount yet to have this beautiful gift set you have to pay extra to have it mailed? Let alone it was sent internationally in a paper mailer and was creased by the time it got here. Overall not to happy with the experience from the order to the arrival. Can say I will use a different company next time.

Delivery was slow.
I was sent a proof of how the message would look on the document. I emailed them, explained the problem and was then sent a new proof of how the message would look, I was happy with this however when the document arrived it had been printed as per the original draft which I had complained about.
I contacted the company via email, received a prompt reply and a full new pack was sent and received within 3 days.
Very happy with the service

I feel harassed for a review.That doesn't feel good. It is hard to do because I didn't receive it. I bought for a gift. I don't know how they received it. I know they were excited to get it. I got good communication about it being sent to the recipient and when they should anticipate it. I don't know any more.
