I am 100% satisfied everything is beautiful about purchasing a star package from this company. From the customer service right up from the star down to the digital and the physical package. This is a great gift for someone you love as well in our case to always remember someone by.

Tyler Norman who this star is named after tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident due to a repeat drunk driver.

I pray for healing for Tyler’s friends and family especially for his mother and his little brother that he left behind. I hope they always look up and see Tyler’s star and know that he will always be watching over them. I pray for their healing and strength and comfort in knowing his star will always be there with them 🙏🏼🩵✨

I pray for anyone thinking of getting behind the wheel drunk that you look up and see Tyler’s star in the sky and think twice about driving under the influence. I also pray you always look twice! Because you could save the life of someone’s child by not only looking twice and by NOT driving under the influence. 🙏🏼

It came quickly! A week from Denmark. Waiting for Christmas to give it as a gift!

Good idea. I like the amount of information about the star. I am disappointed in the way the certificate looks. My opinion is that it could look better.

Great for a memorable gift to someone who (quite literally) means the universe to you. Please if you're ordering a physical package of the certificate for a special date (i.e., birthday, anniversary, etc.) give it at least a week's time. I did not realize it would be shipped from overseas (Germany!). The delivery was a little delayed from it's initial projected date, but the site kept me updated when changes occurred. Everything was great when it showed up. The astronomy poster was a nice addition as well, along with the 20% coupon. I only wish that the photo of the star were unique on the certificate, but at least you can view it up close online.

Everything arrived in plenty of time . It would have been nice to have individual packets ( since we ordered 2) . Thank yoy

I'm glad I got a meaningful gift

I purchased a star naming certificate and frame as a Christmas gift and was very disappointed with the quality on arrival. The $45 aluminium frame is equal to a $5 frame you could buy at kmart, its extremely low quality and uses thin plastic rather than glass, which was not disclosed. The plastic causes the certificate to sit unevenly and appear visibly wavy. This is not what I would expect for a $45 frame, especially for a sentimental gift. The certificate itself also arrived stained and marked in several areas, which was disappointing given the nature of the gift. Customer service was responsive, however they want me to return the frame internationally will cost almost as much as the frame. I'm going to have to go out and buy a nice frame now and they're going to send another certificate but I doubt Ill now have the new certificate by Xmas.

My experience was wonderful. It was easy steps to place my order. I received the package quickly and everything was beautiful quality. I look forward to to giving to the person I bought it for at Christmas.

Went on their website to search for the star I named and was very pleased and surprised of what star it was. Very cool experience!

A meaningful gift!

I bought my friend a star to honor his best friend of 16 years. He was brought to tears knowing his dog has a star. I’m so happy this was available to give to him.

Honestly a little closer to a loved one who is no longer here. A little Christmas gift for my girls.

I thought that Naming a Star was & is a great novel Idea! After all, God made the Stars and Named them so , why can't we give them a Nickname!!! I bought the cheap Pkg but, it's still very Cool!

I ordered my star 11/26/25. As of 12/9/25 the “serial number” shows invalid and no star found! I have emailed with no response.

The customer service i forgot her name. She really went above and beyond to help me. Even during Thanksgiving holiday. Thank yall for everything she did to help me during my family's troubling times.
