Excellent, Fast, And Friendly. I got my first ever pair of Glasses and they did an outstanding job helping me find a pair that suits me.

Horrible customer service! I spent over 500 dollars with you and was never even called when my contacts arrived. I waited over a month and never got my gift card I was told I would get either. I wish I would have spent my money elsewhere

the lady with the blonde hair was very sweet and recommended the right type of lens for my glasses, honest and i could trust her to help me again. staff was attentive even helped me find the most affordable pair

you advertise 79 dollars glasses but with insurance I paid 400 dollars. That's kind of on the high end and I won't be returning back

This being my first pair of glasses, I waited to see if everything will work and if I needed costumer service which I didn't need the service was Great. Please thank everyone who was involved and caring about my vision.

Eye prescription isn't accurate enough and eye doctor isn't in person He's on screen online only.

This was my 1st time experience with Stanton Optical Covington. My experience was extremely pleasant from the moment that I walked in the door without an appointment. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I do not know how I feel about not having the doctor physically in the room with me to do the eye exam.

Staff was excellent. They worked very hard to get my glasses ready the same day after sending me to another Dr to find out I,have to have eye surgery. Very professional.

It was a great experience since the moment you walk in the store. Smiles and the welcoming atmosphere from the staff.

I didn't appreciate the upsell tactics employed at that particular location. Instead of the 2 pair special that lured me in. I got 1 pair for twice as much, and am not really satisfied with my prescription.

I will not be going back. Online eye exam. “dr” I don’t even remember him introducing himself was late. All I did was say 1 or 2 as requested. Then sent to get glasses. Not sure if the new glasses help. Old glasses I can see better. One positive was the gentleman who checked me out. That turned out negative as well. He was going to check and see if they could be made on same day. Told him I lived an hour away. I would come back. Told they would be ready by Monday. No one called. You can’t even look up a store phone number. Finally went through all the prompts before leaving to drive over. Only one pair arrived. Asked them to mail them to me. They told me there would be a cost. Fine. Waited a week. Still no contact. Called again. Still only one pair but they would avoid charging me. Waited and no contact. I got upset and called just asking to cancel. Finally mailed them. Still not happy with them, but would rather go elsewhere then deal with them

Dislike the the service and the way they treat me when pick up my sunglasses no case for them and no clean solution

I wasn’t notified that my prescriptions were available. I had to keep checking. It took abt 5 months for me to get my complete order. The employees were confused abt my order bc I was receiving partial parts of my orders, a few this month, some the next month & the rest will be in in a month. Frustrating!!They were nice people tho!!! However, I will not be returning.

The opticians of this store were awesome! They helped me choose the right glasses, were courteous and very professional. I even received my glasses earlier than expected.

I ordered my pair of glasses they were very inexpensive and good to boot I enjoy them immensely and I appreciate the good service.
