I was originally only wanting to buy 6 months of contacts but the store manager came up to me herself and told me that if I get the 1 year, I’ll get $150 back. I was told all I need to do is upload my receipt and within 2 weeks I’ll get the rebate. I was never told I’d need to physically in my receipt and I was never told I’d have to wait about 2 months after they get the mail for me to get the rebate. They didn’t give me the flyer for the rebate or anything like that. They literally said that all I had to do was make an account and upload the receipt and then I’ll get my rebate in two weeks. It’s been about a month since I bought the contacts and even though online is showing “mail-in received” every time I call customer services they’re rude and say on their side it hasn’t been received yet. I’ve spoken to the store manager multiple times and it was no help, she always calls the Acuvue “contact” and he said he’ll talk to people and get it taken care of and that I’ll get emails from them regarding this but I still haven’t and I’m still waiting on my rebate (which is the only reason I went with the 12 month supply instead of the 6 month supply). They scam you out of more money by fake promises, then say they’re doing “everything they can” and “contacting everyone” so you can leave the store when you come in trying to figure out the rebate.

It was a bit confusing for the new equipment but I would recommend it for the customer service and the exam itself. It was more helpful than I expected with the way they coached me through it.

Everyone was so nice and patience. They explained everything so we could understand.

Efficient, love my glasses and friendly

I Went in for the advertised sale with a free eye exam. Unfortunately, I was told (and 2 others in the lobby) that my lens didn’t qualify for the sale. I picked out 2 pairs and the very loud speaking SALESPERSON embarrassed me by loudly stating that my lens wouldn’t fit in the blue dot frames. She said that the pair that I had chosen came up to over $900 BEFORE DISCOUNTS! I felt bamboozled and sick to my stomach to hear the sales pitch. I didn’t expect my first adulting experience to be like that. Wouldn’t return if they were giving away glasses.

Well to be honest I felt a little defensive. I had heard a few disappointing experiences from a few friends over the past few years and was hesitant to visit the store. But I went anyway. It started off poorly. We went in for an ad that specifically promoted 2 pairs for $ 79.00 including an exam. When we arrived we were greeted promptly at the door and pointed to the area we were to go to receive the eye exam. We were greeted promptly, paperwork was explained & we were informed that the $79. advertisement we were coming in for wasn't what we would be getting. Now that sent alarm bells ringing! We had heard in reviews that the ad was more of a bait and switch. What we thought would be an eye exam and 2 pair of glasses for $79 was now $157. The reason given was; "the $79 ad price was for reading glasses" . My bad. I must not have read some supper small fine print on that ad. I didn't like the feeling of being trapped but I sat down and filled the forms out.
Within 5 min it was done. Within 20 the exam was done and we waited for a consultation with a Dr/Specialist that would be done via video consultation It was rushed, clinical, and in my case, a bit freighting.
We were asked to look for frames. Frames from the blue tag group. The selection offered was not good. The frames felt like they were made of cheap material. And finding out that the lens to be made to be put into the frame were a plastic material. It was an over all disappointment. My friend received his glasses approx an hour later. Mine would take approx 4 days.
Overall experience was up & down. On a review scale it gets a 45% of 100%.
Maybe others will have a great visit and will leave feeling like the money they paid was a good value.

I waited an hour for my exam with an appointment. Having it done remotely I believe did not come up with the correct prescription. When I got my glasses I could barely see through them. Very disappointed!

They took care of me from the exam to my order and pickup. Zero complaints

The service was good only thing the consultation was quick with the Doctor and remote .

Promptness,courtesy and professionalism

Poor communication. Purchased 2 pairs of glasses, one was supposed to be an everyday wear with anti glare blue light filter. The second was to be sunglasses. They made the sunglasses transition lenses and wanted me to pay more to have them done right. So now I have a bulky pair of daily wear transitions with no blue light filter and sending the other pair back. Have to wait a year before insurance will cover new glasses. Definitely not going back again.

I love the glasses so much, im still getting use to it but at the end of the day its getting better and better.
if i have enough money i would put transition on my glasses but til then i'll keep it how it is

I needed to fix my glasses. The customer service was very helpful and friendly; they fixed my eyeglasses very quickly.

My daughter got contacts for the first time. We took an hour to learn how to get them in properly. Nothing but patience from the staff and kudos when she figured it out

Disappointed about advertising 2 for $79.00 but the sales person said they were not offering glasses at this price anymore, new CEO is changing this offer, mentioning they still have this offer on the website and on their building.
