probably a scam enterprise. order never dispatched, no replies to my emails, to my DMs and yet they keep posting on their Insta. Many many other clients with similar complaints.

I bought a pair of trousers for a Christmas present. They didn’t fit and I have for two months tried to return the trousers, but the company has not been able to provide me with a return label to be sent from Denmark. My daughter in law had the exact same issue. Haven’t heard anything back in the last months despite numerous emails to them. Terrible service

5 star if you get in contact with me asap please - I have emailed you twice.

First order in my life and probably last. It has been two weeks and still has not been shipped and I am not getting any reply from them to my emails. The thing looks bad, even though the brand style is very nice, but I could not enjoy the purchase and the trust has gone down to a hole…

La qualité des jeans et t-shirt sont vraiment bonne, pour le prix je suis obligée d'attendre les soldes. Je trouve que la marque taille petit mais j'ai pu renvoyer le jean qui me plaisait sans problème pour prendre la taille au dessus

Easy ordering but more importantly easy return!

Great service, received my item quickly which was too big and sent it back and received a smaller size, all within 8 days, very impressed.

Super quality garments from socks to jackets to hoodies. And their customer service has always been top notch, if ever there are any issues, they are resolved very quickly.

I'm so glad to have found Stan Ray's website that I randomly stumbled across while looking for work inspired clothing, I'm surprised they are not more popular, they have some really great products of which I own nearly one of each now and keep on building my wardrobe through their brand.

Stan Ray's customer service has been excellent, I had to make returns due making sizing errors (my fault) and they have come through every time.

So disappointed! Ordered a shirt for my boyfriend’s Christmas present that arrived faulty. I’ve emailed twice, and messaged Stan Ray on instagram to raise the issue and had no response at all! Absolutely terrible customer service!!

Quality is poor on the flannel. $80 (on sale too) and it has the same feeling and quality as a Forever 21 flannel.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE , NO CONFIÉN EN ESTA EMPRESA , el envío nunca llegó aunque ellos se inventan que lo has devuelto .VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. The shipment never arrived, even though they claim it was returned. BEWARE BECAUSE THEY WORK VERY POORLY.

Received a shipment email on November 28th. Fast forward to December 18th, no package, no explanation, no response. Impressive how much effort went into Christmas marketing while customers are left wondering if their orders even exist for Christmas. Great job Stan Ray keep up the good work 👍🏻
