I feel it is important for families to do their research and ask serious questions before entrusting a loved one with this facility.
When a business is responsible for individuals with disabilities—especially people who may have difficulty making decisions or advocating for themselves—the level of trust, integrity, compassion, and accountability should be extremely high.
I have serious concerns regarding the treatment of vulnerable individuals associated with this facility, including concerns about emotional and verbal mistreatment, exploitation, and the handling of clients’ resources and benefits. These are not matters that should ever be overlooked when someone is responsible for the care and well-being of vulnerable adults.
Families are trusting facilities like this with people they love and expect them to be safe, respected, protected, and treated with dignity. I strongly encourage anyone considering this facility to ask detailed questions, speak directly with current or former clients and families when appropriate, and independently verify that proper safeguards and oversight are in place.
This review is intended to encourage families to be informed and vigilant. Vulnerable people deserve caregivers who demonstrate genuine integrity, accountability, and respect—not individuals who take advantage of the trust placed in them.
