I paid £14.95 for express delivery but only recieved over 2 weeks later. They then refuse to give me a refund, apparently becuase the packaging was opened. .. This is a one man operation, very unprofessional, his comprehension is poor. Customer service is terrible.

The most unprofessional and unresponsive behavior from sales team. They list wrong items with wrong descriptions I ordered brushed stair nosing and got matte stair nosing! Requested refund but never got any reply! Just reading existing reviews now feels like they also scammed me! Clear scammers! not recommended at all.

The most pathetic company and website ever. Ordered stair nosing and got faulty items. they have pathetic support. They don't answer calls and as I searched a little they have created similar websites with different names and they don't exist in UK. Operating from India or Pakistan. Still waiting for a refund from 3 weeks. SCAMMERS!

Avoid this company! they are scammers! They are probably get products from other sites and ship with double price. They don't exist in UK! They delivered wrong items after 3 weeks and now waiting for refund! they don't bother to accept calls also not replying on emails.

Goods arrived in reasonable time but not as ordered.
The stair nosing supplied was not as their website description and order confirmation.
All attempts by email and phone to contact them fail as they do not reply and contact number is a mobile that doesnt exist. Suspect this is not a bona fide retailer and stockist. They are probably a middle man with several websites of very similar names.
