The products and service are top notch. I don't think there is another brand that even comes close to the options that Stahls offers. My only complaint is that parts of the website are very difficult to navigate. Specifically, it's very hard to find my designs as there doesn't seem to be a direct link to them. (Edit) Thanks for pointing out the simple detail that I previously missed!

I’ve been using your service for years. Your website is very easy to navigate and I’ve never had an issue up until now with delivery and was basically told sorry there’s nothing we can do if it wasn’t for the website being so easy to use I would’ve gave you less stars for the response I got now I am out about $300 because there’s no need for them after this weekend.
Edit: after being contacted by heather they came to a very reasonable solution to ease the burden the shipping issue caused me. Thank you! All and all i wouldn’t have stopped using them cuz their quality, prices, and easy to use website is truly amazing.

I have had to call customer service 4 times in the last 2 days for errors, confusion and more! And now I have to call again because there is a problem with my order! Also, the colors listed don't reflect the actual colors (Gold HTV is pure pumpkin ORANGE!) It's been non stop roadblocks and frustration since I started ordering! I really hope products are going to live up to what I saw a the trade show because I'm about done with this company!

I have been using Stahl's for 46 years. I want to use Stahl's. I just cannot afford them. I can get a like, quality product for half the price.

I run an apparel business, and my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. While the customer service reps were polite when I called, the overall process was horrible. My order sat for over a month before it even went into final production, and then it took another three weeks before it finally shipped.
Stahls “expedited” my shipping to 2‑day at a discounted rate, yet it still took two full weeks to arrive. I filed a complaint with FedEx and contacted Stahls again, only to be told the exact same information I had already given them. No new answers, no solutions.
From the time I uploaded my artwork to the day I actually received the product, the total turnaround was two months. Completely unacceptable for a company of this size.
On top of that, the DTF quality has been inconsistent — I’ve had multiple complaints about prints washing out within weeks, even though they’re marketed to last a year or more. That’s a major problem for any apparel business trying to maintain quality standards.
Another red flag: I never spoke to the same person twice. There’s no dedicated rep, no continuity, and no one who seems to follow through on an order. For a large company, that’s extremely odd and makes the entire process feel disorganized.
I will absolutely be looking for a new supplier. This experience has cost me time, money, and customer trust.

My only real criticism is I wish the detail view (thumbnail of file upload) would host up on cart view. I wound up ordering 6x instead of 1x because I tried going by size of the file instead of the image. Not a big deal, but would be nice to not have to click DETAILS on each item. I had 28 in this last order. Really excited to check out the EasyTear. I do the design. My friend does the pressing. I also used to have to cut out the images! Otherwise, super great experience and fast shipping. We're gonna have a busy weekend!

I paid a 2nd day air shipment for my merchandise on January 22nd and still have not received it. we had a deadline for january 30th to deliver the finished work to our clients; but it seems I will have to give them a lot of excuses.
This is why I am giving you 1 Star, can't give you a better review than this.
This is the first time this happens to us on our 14 years as clients
