Jeg har endnu ikke købt noget, da jeg stadig afventer, at varerne kommer på lager igen, det er desværre udsolgt endnu en gang.
Jeg har længe gået og ventet på at købe et samlet sæt, og selvom de har så mange flotte farver, endte jeg med at forelske mig i mocca. Jeg synes virkelig farven og designet er så flot sammensat 😍
Jeg skrev faktisk min mail ret sent om aftenen, omkring kl. 23.45, og regnede slet ikke med at få svar før næste dag. Derfor blev jeg virkelig glad og overrasket, da søde Emilie svarede så hurtigt. Det var utrolig pænt, og det varmede virkelig mit hjerte.
Nu glæder jeg mig bare til, at det kommer på lager igen, så jeg kan købe mit sæt med sele, snor og taske 🐶🤎 Jeg overvejer også at købe den håndfri snor, den virker virkelig smart.

Placed an order in the beginning of april, still waiting for it to be sent. Contact via mail goes really slow, have send múltiple e-mails the last week but no reaction. Payment has been done for quite a long time now, please contact us.

Delivery took about 1 week, and the product was properly packaged. The product is as described and seems to be of quality (the fabric also doesn’t smell of chemicals as is often the case with new items).
I am very happy that everything worked well!

The product quality is good, but the customer experience around exchanges and returns is very poor.

Exchanges and returns always incur additional costs, which feels unreasonable for a premium product priced between €75 and €99, especially when customers cannot try sizes before purchasing. Even a full return leaves the customer out of pocket: the €10 return fee is high, and customers must also print the return label themselves, adding further cost and inconvenience. A QR-code, no-print return option would be a basic expectation at this price point.

Communication with customer service was also problematic. Midway through the email exchange, responses switched from English to German without explanation. Despite replying consistently in English, customer service continued to respond in German, which made the process unnecessarily difficult.

The packaging is disappointing. For a €75 dog coat, I expected more considered presentation, such as a box or tissue paper. Instead, it arrived in a black plastic bag, similar to low-cost drop-shipped items.

Overall, I would not recommend this brand. Significant improvements are needed in returns, communication, packaging, and overall customer experience to justify the premium pricing and build customer trust.

Staey laver nogle skønne produkter af rigtig fin kvalitet. Vi fik desværre bestilt en størrelse for stor, men vi fik rigtig fin hjælp til at få fat i den rette størrelse.

Dejlig nemt at bestille og hurtig levering.

Hurtig hjælp med at vælge den rigtige sele, hurtig levering og rigtig flot, gennemført design der ligger stabilt og lige på hunni. Meget lækkert produkt.
