Order arrived super quick,and in perfect condition. Great customer service

Spent 829.00 on a dji drone on 6/6/19 that should be to me in Ohio on 6/11/19. Well seller hasn't shipped it as of 6/9/19 and I need it for work on Wednesday. On 6/9/19 this company hours are 10am til 2pm. I spent from 10:05am til 1:45pm waiting to speak to someone but never got thru to anyone. Make sure you look at all the reviews before buying anything from SSE. Paid the extra money and went to best buy and picked one up today. Now I have to fight to get a refund...STAY AWAY. I literally had 3 different phones going at once all on hold. They are an authorized dealer for dji drones and I will contact dji tomorrow to advise them how SSE is representing them

If you want to have 3-5 items missing from your order including a $250 remote and then after multiple phone calls/emails get zero answers/zero support/and lied to then call SSE! Was hoping they'd make it right but never did.

Bought a Camera Nikon D3500, supposedly new but it’s missing the manufacturer warranty card. Called them and they said “that’s because we give you a 90 day warranty” How is this supposed to be better than the manufacturer warranty? They had to open the box to get the warranty card out, or they sold me a refurbished camera for the price of a brand new one. Contacting AG & BBB. Clearly stated on the box Manufacturer Warranty included. Customer service did tell me to register the camera following the website in the manual which led me to a page for European customers, which makes this even shadier. Obviously I was unable to register and can not get the extra benefits Nikon offers to their consumers.

I recieved a call from a Rep for my recent purchase (a year and a half later) they asked me to leave a New review, what can I say? Even the year warranty would have been no good by the time they answered this review. I’m sticking to poor customer service

Please read about my experience to save you money/time/distress. This is a bait and switch operation annd they know what they are doing.. Notice that there is no address anywhere on the website. This company is listed as SSE Photo in the US, Lucky Photo in the UK. My experience: I placed the order by phone. Credit card was charged immediately, product shipped promptly. The product that finally arrived was not the product I purchased. I ordered a camera and lens package. The lens that arrived was an inferior and old model, manual was in spanish, all packaging looked legit, but was not sealed. Battery is not holding a charge, camera body seems fine. Company ignored my 1st 3 emails about the incorrect package. 4th email was responded to, I provided pictures of the wrong lens, customer service rep said they would send the right lens and a packing slip I could use to send the wrong one back. But it never arrived. Several more emails, most ignored and the tone got less professional. Company will not send the product I actually ordered until I send the wrong one back. Fine, where? Company will not provide the means to get the product back. They know that the credit card company will require this in order for me to claim through your credit card company. The aim of this company is to provide inferior merchandise at the price of better gear, and stick you without recourse, and they are good at it. Avoid the mistake I made.
