Seller implied that it was legal to sell the camera in the United States. The camera they sold, however, is NOT supported by the manufacturer, and the manufacturer's warranty is NOT able to be honored. When I asked to return the product, they wanted to charge "up to" 50% "restocking" fee. For my camera, that cost was more than $2000. So, I'm being asked to pay more than $2000 because they illegally sold me an unsupported, unwarranted, international camera. Just stay away from this seller. If you were scammed like me report it: FTC.gov

Another bait and switch company that advertises prices they cannot sell at
Search for "Canon r6" on their web-site. You will only get 1 result. Now, buy it and you will get a phone call with a company employee telling you that the camera you purchased is an open box demo/display model (again, there is only 1 listing on the web-site and it says "Brand New"). You are then offered a new camera (even though the one you paid for should have been new in the first place) but for almost $200 more.
This business practice needs to be outlawed!

This is a bait and switch scam company. They won’t ship your order. They’ll call you to try and sell you more stuff and tell you how the price you thought you paid isn’t right. Avoid them at all costs.

Worst online shopping experience ever encountered. Ordered a Canon camera with accessories as a bundle. Was even called by an agent after placing the call to upsell me on the order. Order ships and I only received part of the order. At no time was I advised that the order would be sent in to shipments. This was a birthday gift so it was time sensitive. I had advises this to the agent that upsold me on the order. Called customer service which was no help as they made me feel it was my fault for ordering the items through them. They would say a supervisor would call you back, which never happened. Each agent I spoke with had a different excuse and no access to any previous notes regarding the previous calls. Will never order or recommend this company at all. Stay away and save the stress and headaches. Not worth the couple of dollars you're trying to save from ordering from this company.

I have always bought in this store and they are reliable and have fast shipping! I'm waiting for them to have the new Olympus camera and I will definitely buy again when I upgrade.

Received exactly what I ordered in a very fast and timely manner. Customer service was outstanding one of two companies I've ever had call me directly to make sure my order was right and everything was okay. Very impressed!!!!!!

Should be zero stars if there is such option. Bought a thousand dollar kens from them, only to received an used one, repackaged with tons of dirt on it, apparently an item has been sitting in their storage for years. When I contacted them, they refused to take it back since it is not “defective”. In the end, I had to pay return shipping, insurance, and restocking fee for the lens. Will never do business with this company again. Stay away.

Very disappointed because my order was cancelled several days after placing a time sensitive order, making it difficult to get the item in time from another vendor. If you don't have the item, don't post it as available on your site!

I bought a camera with a bundle. 2 items were missing from the bundle so I called and emailed customer service to let them know & have the missing items sent. They responded quickly & let me know they'd be sent. But, the rep didn't follow up with a ETA or a tracking number... So I waited over a week and received no update.. I reached out again asking and got a respond of literally: "Soon you will receive it." My original package arrived in 2 days because the store is literally one state away, but with these 2 missing items I already paid for! it's been 2+ weeks and I still haven't gotten them.
Update! I called the company again, it was a different rep, he said he's send my 2 items over, it never happened. It's been 5 months; I'm never going to get my part of my bundle that I'd paid for.
If I could give 0 stars here, god I would.

I have purchased Canon cameras and lenses and other support products numerous times from SSE. They always came through for initial sales and returns/exchanges. SSE paid the return shipping of one lens that I thought had some issues and they sent a replacement quickly. Their prices are very competitive. Highly recommend SSE.
