I have a 911 that needed some PPF panels replaced. AJ Jackson was my advisor was fantastic. Very nice and as professional as you can get. New PPF was great. AJ's customer service was outstanding!

I had a smooth entry experience with a fantastic and friendly staff who never made me feel ill-informed, no matter how many questions I asked. They treat everyone with respect, whether you're a gearhead like my friends or someone like me who isn’t. This is the second car I've had serviced here, and I returned immediately after getting my new car. They communicate effectively and remind you of scheduled times and important details. They do such an excellent job that I felt compelled to write a review, even though I don’t usually do so. This place truly deserves it. I cannot stress enough how they love what they do and want you to love what you get.

Exceptional customer service. Exceptional application. Exceptional product. Tanya the office manager provided great communication, and quelled worries as they arose with expert knowledge and good response time. I opted for full frontal PPF and the 5 coat gold ceramic package on a brand new Audi RS5 with every available option and performance package so I was a bit nervous about all of this. AJ was professional and funny at the same time when I picked up the car. When a few bubbles and wrinkles appeared on day 2 I of course panicked and doubted my decision to have this done. Tanye did a good job of chilling me out, and Connor did a simply fantastic job of fixing every visual imperfection with a propane torch, syringe, and scalpel. Do not panic people! No matter what you see it will 100 percent be fixed. The ceramic coating is stunningly slick and glossy, and the PPF is perfect and virtually invisible. I am very pleased with the whole experience and the 5 star finished product.

So, got my Ferrari to them, custom color & stripes all dialed in. Car comes back with tips of the stripes coming off. Take it back in…. A week later we stick the car for a rally, do the rally remove the stickers and the stripes come off. Mind you that the stickers were removed by a professional and commented that the job was poorly done on the stripes. Car goes back to them for another review. Comes back with defects on main stripes, and bubble on the wrap on the side mirror.

Not sure if this is the norm- I hope not… Incan only say that after almost $13k, I expected better quality service e customer care!

I have had S&S do several enhancements to my Mercedes Benz. Each job was amazing! The work was to perfection, it was done on time, and the pricing was exactly what they quoted me. I will be back as soon as I can figure out what I want done next.

Very professional studio with a very nice staff! They genuinely care about you and your car. I had a full wrap done, and they kept me updated throughout the entire experience! 10/10 will be bringing all my cars here.

I went to SS customs for a roof wrap and tail light tints. They fit me in quickly which was impressive given there super long waiting list. They took care of my needs and even wiped down my whole car. Thank you especially to the tech Fonzo for going over the project with me after and explaining everything. Definitely recommend this place for all of your car needs! I’ll be coming back in the future for sure.
