This store is one of a kind !!!! I have ordered from sassystore several times & can’t wait to make my next purchase ☺️ The jewellery designs are phenomenal & can be personalised which is really hard to find these days especially when it comes to arabic names. The store owner is lovely and is always there to help with queries. I have spoken to her several times before purchasing items from her store and she has always been very supportive and informative. I would totally recommend buying from sassystore if you are looking for high quality products, super fast delivery and fantastic customer service !!!

Amazing store!!!
So I asked for a custom made ring inspired by someone. The design had a lot of carves on it and this store aced it, not a single carve was done wrong 🤩 Everything was perfect! The ring arrived quick and it was in perfect condition, nothing was damaged. Also, the person who took my order and made my ring was really really polite. I would recommend this store 100%

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, speedy, appropriate and personal. Really appreciate the excellent service as this is why I have shown my loyalty and placed a second order. Personalised Arabic names are difficult to purchase therefore its highly important to have the assistance in selecting the right name and also the length of chain etc. Thank you so much for a great experience.
