SRC FINANCIAL SERVICES is the worst experience I have had. Stay very far away from this company. It is friendly advice. People are either incompetent or malicious or, more likely, both.

I would highly recommend SRC! They were extremely helpful in the process of buying my new house. I worked with Jack Avery, who was so informative and committed to helping me during the whole process and super responsive with emails. As this was my first time buying a house I found SRC to be so generous with their time to explain everything to me and supporting me throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.

For my flat purchase, many things went wrong and in this context I can definitely say SRC (Jack Avery) is absolutely who you want as a broker. Jack was incredibly helpful through a difficult year (August 2022 to July 2023) and stuck with / support my decision making throughout this period. He is also informative and helpful, as well as pleasant and supportive. I could not recommend more!

What can we say about Jack Avery? He just became a friend of us during the process. Never seen a person more committed with helping us getting through all the stages of the complex and lengthy process. We were unlucky because we had to change house due the legal issues with out first choice and Jack was the only one that was always there with us, supporting us and making sure we would get our house and in the end we did!
