Qualité , robustesse et équilibre parfait j’en ai deux dont un que j’utilise tout les jours depuis plus de 3 ans et aucun problème.

Bonjour je suis français et j'ai eu une expérience exceptionnel avec mes commandes chez squid industries. Je trouve ça dommage que les avis trust pilot de cette entreprise soit aussi bas en estime car squid industries est quasiment irréprochable sur sa livraison et sur ses produits qui sont des produits d'exceptions. Personnellement je dispose du Mako qui est vraiment parfait pour débuter en haut niveau et de l'huile mécanique pour coutellerie KPL qui est elle aussi parfaite pour tout flipper.

Wrong clothing ordered for a present and no returns excepted! 14day return policy for the holiday is outrageous!

Bought extra stuff for my knifes and never got them. This was last year but would like to get this out

Had few products from them, Kraken trainer, blem kraken handles, Nautilus, Squiddy B, Nami trainer, everything was at least good, only naut was bad in terms of flipping and in terms of qc, they ar friendly and support is helpful

very nice quality i highly recomment buying.But because they are knives (not real) its on your own risk of buying cause them in the shipping would not ship it but thats rarely happening

The customer service is great!

I have ordered before, but never had a reason to contact them as they have always had my packages ship on time and have never had an issue.

This time I was ordering one of their more expensive products for my son's birthday, since he enjoyed their starter trainers so much. I had wanted to add something to my order, so I decided to call (they picked up the phone in no time) and Brandon, I think his name was, informed me that it had already began processing, which means that it was already heading out the door, label printed and that it normally would've been too late. But he went down and grabbed my package, added the item to my order, gave it a new label, then sent it right back on it's way without skipping a beat. No huffing and puffing and he did what he had to do to make it work. Top notch customer service and this is the sort of thing that creates customer loyalty like nothing else will for me. What could have been a let-down and another shipping fee was turned into something that brightened up my day (and my son's birthday) and it gives me another reason to support this business over any competitor in their field. This is how it's done.

Poor support regarding local distribution abroad via USPS. Information not available anywere when trac/trace states that delivery was attempted abroad. Absolutely no possibility to make enquiry about the delivery to any local distributor and arrange for pick-up or redelivery. Ordering any of their products abroad has a high risk of becomming unsuccessfull as packages are returned to US automatically.
