Defective product and support refused to help resolve the issue and replace my order. They kept asking me to take pictures and videos but the product is a disaster I wouldn't even know where to begin to take a picture of it. The backing never came off and could not get it off whatever we did. The transfer paper came off and the vinyl is stuck to the backing impossible to get off.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry you had difficulty with the transfer application. We never refused to help, and a reprint was offered multiple times. To make sure the reprint doesn't have the same issue, we asked for photos so we could identify the cause and correct it. That offer still stands, and even a quick photo of the item as is would help us move forward. Please reach out anytime, as we'd be glad to resolve this for you.
