I have been a member for years paying monthly. More recently they began limiting use even if you are looking at reports already in your history. I don't make use of my account all the time but I still pay monthly for the ability to check mine and my family's reports. Today I went to use my account and it had been deactivated, and I was being offered to reactivate it for 7 times what I have been paying for years.So I called customer service. In a nutshell, I was offered a lot of b s and then a payment that would have doubled what I used to pay. I went back and forth with the representative who was trying not to give me a supervisor when I asked for one. When the supervisor finally came on the line, this is what I found out. My credit card had experienced fraud. So my monthly payment, which was on autopay, did not go through. They automatically canceled my account without notification. In january of this year. This prompts the re up at a higher price. They claimed it was happening to every customer. But that was untruebecause when I asked when this supposed increase went into effect, they said the year prior but it was because they automatically canceled my account with no notification.That they could increase the amount. Then, claim, no ability to put it back to what I was paying. I'm sure this will be a class action in the brewing. If a lot of people have experienced all this lack of notification. In a timely fashion of policy changes. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this company. Their information is very limited anyway. For the prices,they charge or intend to charge in the future. I see a class action in the making.

These are a scam, they come under as a charity to get money from you monthly without asking. They have your bank details then pass it on to different company that will try the same. I called the company and they stated that they tried to take money out of the bank and told me “Kellie Madison” was asking for this money to be taken out, I asked for am email and provided me with a fake one. I don't know what other company they are associated with but be careful.

I belong to SpyFly. On my own profile there is a bankruptcy from 2001. Under Federal law, these are supposed to be expunged in 7 to 11 years. I emailed Spyfly to find out the source of this information. They emailed me back saying to call them and that they have "many sources. I had to schedule an appointment with their foreign customer service department. I am not even sure if the rep was even oriented to this type of situation. He made the statement they have "many sources." These reps are experts at listening and sounding like they pity you but nothing was done.

They give you this free trial. I signed up in June and forgot about it. They started taking $29.97 a month out of my account for 6 months (June to November 2022), I didn't notice the transaction. During that six months, "Not Once" did they send me an email billing notification. They are a SCAM. Then when you call customer service, they all read off of a script. I told the manager your company is negligent. You charged my bank account for "six months" and the only email I received was the one email that I signed up for a free trial in June There was no activity on that SpyFly account for six months, then after I canceled on 11/7 they tried to charge me for another month. They are an illegitimate company. Do Not Sign up with them.

This site posts your information and you have to opt out on a monthly basis. Additionally, they lie and say the request has been resolved but they fail to remove the search result with your information. It took me 6 months to get my address and location removed from their site. How is this allowed / legal?
