Very pleased all round. Speedy delivery and excellent lights at a very reasonable price, have already recommended these lights and would definitely buy again.

Excellent product and service, very bright light that illuminates the decking for the dog's pre bedtime outing!!

Lights are brilliant so far. Very bright and efficient. Sticky pads are useless as back of light has four protruding screw mounts which stop pads from connecting with a flat surface.

I’ve previously ordered on two occasions. I've just ordered again to have spares. These lights are brilliant.

Best solar lights on the market! This is the third set I have bought and will be back for more.

The lights appear to work well but where were the sticky pads? Only screws and wall fixing provided.

After less than 2 months one of the lights stopped working completely and another only works intermittently. Sticky pads did not stick at all, so I had to revert to using a drill something I was trying to avoid. They say there is a 2-year guarantee but you have to return them at your own expense, (unless they are returned within 90 days of purchase) misleading advertising in my opinion. I have no idea how long they haven't been working, as I don't go out much at night! Even so, I don't like buying returns when faulty goods can't be returned free. Cannot recommend.

Received two lights - however one is not functioning in any mode. Placed on south facing sunny wall. Sticker on back which paid for separately also needs to be refunded or exchanged. They promise on Facebook a RETURNS VOUCHER should a problem occur??
Forwarded both Email & order number plus phone number on two occasions-however each time receive following response:-

Would like to receive either a return voucher or preferably now as spent so much time on problem - and do not trust that a further light will work - a return payment of £13.00.

I ordered 100 solar fairy lights, initially to use for Christmas. However, despite the assurances on the website that these would work in our British weather, and despite following all the charging instructions, they gave us less than 2 hours performance. I have e-mailed 3 times, and phoned 3 times -to be told each time the mailbox is full!! Are they in liquidation ??

Paid £40 on 9th December 2023 for four solar security lights, it's now 20th December 2023 and still no delivery. I believe the term is called FRAUD. They don't give a toss, what a shambles this firm are. Still haven't offered me a refund, stay well clear of this so called company.

My lights stopped working after 3 months sent them back recorded delivery never heard from them and no replacement ones sent. Don't believe the hype.

Terrible company to deal with.lights dont work for long before becoming faulty.tryed e.mails which dont get answered.phoneing every day but phone goes dead.i sent my defective lights back in september,its now december & still no replacements or refund.now dealing with trading standards.wont be buying again.its now the 15th dec & still nothing.another e.mail sent.have now contacted trading standards.

Cannot get hold of them by phone always voicemail. Second set of light faulty . Paid 20 . Been charging over a week. Very disppointed . Appalling service

Set of two lights ordered only 1 works!! The other seems to have let water in on First night fitted and the front lense wont light up! Hard work to get a refund!? 3 messages read and NOT answered!? phone keeps cutting off whilst waiting! finally got through order number they issued for a refund does not exist!! total waste of time money and effort chasing them up

Update. So like most of the reviews the lights are great at first. But all four of mine failed within 10 months. Hard work to get the company to honour any warranty but eventually they sent me four more FOC. However one of these has failed within a month.

Avoid and buy elsewhere.

When I ordered I was promised delivery in 2- 3 working days. It took them 3 days to pass to the courier. The courier is Evri and it looks like delivery will be 5 or 6 working days at least. Company don't respond to emails and it seems they remove negative comments from their Facebook page.

What the lights are like will have to report later.

Lights are very good nice and bright. I ordered the sticky pads but the lights fell off the wall so pads were not very good but lights were excellent xx

1 of my lights was faulty, sent a replacement with no issues and received quickly. I really rate the lights but at the moment 1 side isn't getting enough power to stay on for long but thats not down to the lights. Would recommend
