Very disappointing service and poor communication

I ordered this item several months before it eventually arrived. During that time, I contacted the company to ask when I could expect delivery, only to be repeatedly told it was being sent by "direct dispatch", with no proper explanation of what that meant or any useful indication of when it would arrive.

The item finally turned up two days after our school had finished for the summer term in July, making the timing particularly frustrating.

To make matters even more ridiculous, I received a dispatch notification just last week, despite having received the item months ago! Now, today, I've been asked to leave a review.

To add to the disappointment, the item arrived with a bent leg. I decided not to return it simply because it had taken so long to arrive in the first place, and I had no confidence in how long a replacement might take. So we are now left with an item that still has a bent leg.

The whole experience has been extremely disappointing. Poor communication, ridiculous delays, inaccurate dispatch notifications and an item that arrived damaged.

I appreciate that the item eventually arrived, but I certainly expected a much better standard of service, particularly when purchasing equipment for a preschool.

Terrible experience, avoid. I ordered chairs, heard nothing for nearly 2 weeks. I had to chase only to be told that the chairs were out of stock and would not be delivered until November (2 moths later!).

I received rude and unhelpful emails from customer service, I had to be the one to push for a refund. They acted as though it was normal to expect me to wait 2 months for an item to arrive.

I will never use this company again.

Usual high standard and I was on which made it easier for the courier and no need to hide parcel.

Had the goods I wanted. They were delivered promptly.

I ordered lots of craft sand and although some was delayed, the communication was great. They emailed to see if I wanted it sent in two deliveries or wait until they had it all and send it together. Very pleased, will be ordering again.

The item I ordered was not as described, but was an item directly from the distributor, so it was not the company's fault. They promptly worked with the distributor to get the item picked up for return and have a new one sent out. When I got the new one, it was the exact same one which was not a described. Customer service promptly apologized, arranged another collection for return, and refunded me. Though I would have preferred for nothing to have gone wrong, they handled the issues very well and never made me feel at fault. 1 star for the distributor, but 5 stars for the customer care here. Thanks for helping me resolve the issue!
