Terrible bookmaker. All they do is white label Spreadex markets. They take forever to accept bets, always change it when moves against them and take your bet when it moves in their favour with no improvement in price. They give ZERO back to you when you lose in terms of free bets.
All in all no point betting with these guys as spreadex and sporting index are far superior and accept bets immediately. Give money back. These guys just seem to be a weird white label firm. Very little online about them also. Smacks of a very average private setup that just piggy backs the bigger, more established firms.

Whilst I don’t have any issues with withdrawals or their general customer service, the sports spread website is appalling. Since they changed it a few months ago the websites response time is incredibly slow and often you can’t even log on. I have written to sports spread several times about this issue, however it hasn’t been resolved. P.s. it’s not my internet or devices - I’ve tried different devices and different Wi-Fi and 5G.

Always found excellent service with great customer service. Been with them for anround 6 months - Any issues that I had were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. Range of markets could be better but overall very good.

After reading reviews after first withdrawal was dubious. But been using site for over 6 months and can,t fault it. Withdrawals normally in account next working day.

Shameful that a company that has been stealing deposits/winnings for years is still allowed to exist.

Overall experience is fine but there is room for improvement. For example, Biometric or Face recognition log-in. More sports markets and quicker matching times on markets. Also a better contact number or help-desk.

The negative reviews given to this company does not match my experience. Withdrawals are made the day following the request, unless at the weekend, when they are made on Monday. The messaging contact I've sent to them has been answered promptly and has always been helpful and also generous. I receive a monthly rebate based on the previous month bets, and this arrives punctually on the 1st of the following month. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the platform. It is slow to place bets, slow to refresh after an event (eg.goal, wicket etc.), and lacks on some events easy to understand scoring (tennis) However I am more than happy to carry on with them, and feel that they genuinely offer a good service.

This is an unregulated company, I have checked with both the FSA and also the Gambling Commission and they have not heard of this company and are concerned.

They are fully aware of this, but like both companies will do Suck all to protect the vulnerable gambler

This company will prey on vulnerable gamblers as this company sits outside GAMSTOP as well. SO STAY AWAY FOR CHRISTS SAKE!!!

Also there are a lot of fake reviews on this site.

I have recently requested withdrawal but they did not send funds into my bank, when i emailed them twice they replied and refused my withdrawal and closed my account without valid reason and voided my balance from my account.
I am going to take Legal Advise to get my money back from this company.

I have to say that I have had no problems with this site paying out. Once verified payments are sometimes on the day or the day following during week days. I would give them 5 stars if they had a mobile app. and also opening and closing can be a bit on the slow side. Over all I have found them very straightforward and pleasant to deal with.

Jokers. Do not pay winners. If you're thinking of spread betting, do yourself a big favour and go somewhere else.

I am fairly certain the excellent reviews are fake. They only accept losing punters. If you win they make up a rule and do not pay. Believe me.

I had an account with Sportsspread, won some money then tried to withdraw my winnings. First of all they said they had sent a cheque, then when no cheque arrived, they said they would send my money by bank transfer.
When that didn't arrive they said they had sent it to the wrong account and I would have to wait. I kept ringing up every day to the trading desk who then put me through to the guy in charge of payments, I think his surname was Giles.He kept making excuses, so I kept ringing him, although annoyed and frustrated, being polite every time. Then when I tried to log into my account, I found I was locked out and received an e-mail saying my account had been closed and they would send a cheque. As you can guess it never arrived, so they didn't just take my winnings they took everything.
If you think about it because most people lose, they have a simple policy. If you lose they take your money, and if you win they close your account and take your money, as they don't want customers who win anyway.
Unlike Sporting Index and Spreadex they are not regulated by the FCA so I found there was nowhere for me to go to try and get my money back.
I have attached the e-mail, but have had to remove e-mail addresses and links which is trustpilot policy

I didn't think it was that long, but it is actually 7 and a half years ago, so have Sportsspread changed,
looking at the fake duplicated reviews below, probably not.
