Ordered a pair of trainers and paid for delivery. Waited over ten days then was refunded and asked to place the order again. Second pair still haven't arrived n seven day.

After a problem with the delivery company, I contacted sportsshoes & their employee Jason F was excellent and provided a great service. Well done sportsshoes and particularly Jason F

Compré unas zapatillas de muy buena calidad y precio. Te informan en todo momento por mail del estado del envío . En mi caso tuve que hacer una devolución porque me venían pequeñas de talla . Me atendió Nikol por mail , fue muy amable y me solucionó todo el trámite de devolución . Hay asegurarse bien de la talla x q la devolución corre a cuenta del comprador eso si . Por lo demás todo ok

Underhand returns process.
You have tonoaybfor a return but they say you can exchange for free.
This is a lie. I tried to exchange on theor return portal and it only offers a choice of 3 items to exchange for - none of them in the correct size. That is despite the fact they have these items in the correct size in store! I would also have to pay for replacement item to be delivered. Customer service could not resolve the issue with the replacement options.

I will never order from here again. Need to be able to try shoes on and return/exchange when buying online. this has cost me over £10 just to try on!!

SOMIA, chargée du suivi clientèle à réglé un soucis de livraison non réceptionné. Mon colis à été perdu par la société de COLIS PRIVE en France et Somia a pris le dossier en charge afin de proposer une alternative sur deux modèles équivalent. J'attends maintenant impatiemment ma nouvelle commande.

I found the experience of returning or refunding very frustrating.
The company states that you can exchange free of charge - very cleverly and sneakily they don’t tell you they charge you at the time of exchange £4.50 for the exchange to be sent out to you.
I don’t like this underhand way of charging. Make it very clear.
I will not be using this company again and neither will my friends and family. We are tired of this way of being treated.

Comprato un paio di scarpe Altra, ci sono stati problemi con il corriere, ma Ryan è stato perfetto, ha risolto il problema, sollecitato il corriere e ho ricevuto le mie scarpe!!!

When ordering you are given the option of ticking a box if you don’t want emails or promotions sent to you.

Ticking the boxes you STILL receive junk mail from these people.

If you click ‘unsubscribe’ on these emails, you then have to accept cookies in order to do that.

I don’t care what the law says, or what is technically allowable - nobody wants their details shared, passed on or analysed. This is creepy, intrusive and unwelcome.

This is somehow made worse by this cynical pretence that you can opt out when really……..

Bought a pair of Asics Novablast in Jan 2026, used only for walking, developed internal damage and wear around front right toe area. £134 for 5 months wear- generic Ai response- Asics dont stand behind product either. Buy elsewhere!

Note negative: 1) nonostante l'indirizzo scritto nell'ordine fosse corretto il corriere non l'ha ricevuto e di conseguenza invece dei nove giorni promessi ce ne sono voluti ventitre; 2) la scatola di cartone contenente le scarpe è arrivata in pessime condizioni, piegata in più punti e strappata in altri.
Note positive: 1) Le scarpe erano esattamente il modello richiesto (di quelli che non si trovano negli usuali store); 2) il supporto di Ryan J. è stato cortese, continuo, tempestivo nella risposta ad ogni mia email.

Compre unas zapatillas que me recoemndaron que no habia manera de probarmelas en mi ciudad. Me medi el pie y todo como decian que seria el tamaño y resulto ser mucho mas grande y ancha. El envio fueron 7€ y pense bueno puedo pagar 7€ de devolución si no me entran. Me fastidia 14€ es mucho pero bueno. No me entraron bien y la devolución son 18€!!!! Es decir, he pagado 25€ porque ponia mal el tamaño de la talla!!!!! Nunca mas, 0 recomendado!

Returned it on 4th february on the 13th dhl confirmed parcel had arrived. Talked to customer service and they told me they had an internal tracking system and that it hadnt arrived yet, told me to wait until the maximum day of arrival (26th february). That’s today, havent been contacted, no news from my refund.

Ho acquistato un paio di sneakers ad un prezzo conveniente,molto soddisfatta oltre che dell’acquisto,anche della rapidità e gentilezza del Signor Ryan J, che mi ha aiutata rapidamente a risolvere un problema nella consegna, dovuto all’indirizzo errato.
Acquisterò ancora volentieri e consiglio vivamente questo negozio.

Lástima no haber leído antes las valoraciones en trust pilot.... costes de devolución desorbitados, 18€, cuando el envío, ya de por si, es caro a 8€. La política de devolución es muy turbia .Engañan con precios bajos,pero sale más a cuenta comprar en Deporvillage o TradeInn y pagar más, pero con la tranquilidad de poder devolver. Tiempos de envío también muy largos

Ho comprato 2 volte su questo sito, prezzi convenienti e venditore affidabile. La seconda volta ho avuto problemi con la consegna a causa di un corriere locale ma grazie a Ryan con cui mi sono interfacciato ho risolto il problema e ricevuto il mio ordine.

i bought a pair of adidas terrex , too small , asked for a return , cost 18 euros and never had the refund after 12 days , i have the proof of delivery and the customer support do not answer ...terrible experience

Gestiónar la devolución es muy complicado, no saben ni ellos cómo hay que hacerlo. Y el coste de la devolución o cambio es de 18€ si o si. Al final te sale mucho más caro que en cualquier otra plataforma. Nada recomendable. Servicio al cliente nefasto. Bordes y les da completamente igual tu problema.
