Representative was very friendly but.....
First and foremost the customer service rep that I spoke with was very friendly and it's nothing personal against that person, but I purchased my original order and was sent two of the same and the one that wasn't sent was the one I needed most. So I reordered that one by itself and only received a receipt and not the actual download so I literally paid for an email to simply be sent to me. Then I spoke to the representative they were very friendly and explain to me what happened and refunded both purchases that I never got and actually sent me the download after but unfortunately the download was extremely rudimentary and rough and was not usable it was literally half done, I bought these from this site because they were supposed to be finished products that I could use and the one I needed most I literally never got.

Apologies for the poor experience, I am the sales rep you were speaking to - and the owner as well. :)
I understand that it was frustrating to not have received the files you wanted the first time around, and it was due to a technical issue. I immediately refunded both the purchases.
When you mentioned that you'd still like to have the files, I emailed them to you without asking for payment in advance. I understand that you didn't like them, but I can assure you that they are of outstanding quality. The design you purchased has multiple layers and small elements; each element is layered correctly to work for cutting applications, and there are no faults for printing as well.
I never mentioned and cannot guarantee any other use-cases. Having received the files to use without having paid in advance, it seems to me that your review is left in bad taste. However, I admit that you initial experience was not good and will make sure to improve upon my offering.

I'm sorry you had to face trouble with the files, but your refund request was processed immediately upon request. Please re-check your Apple Pay account or the bank statement to see the amount credited back to you. I also request that you please change your review once you're able to confirm the refund. :)

Files are great! Customer service great, as well.
First time I downloaded, it was not instant. However, Nick got me the things I needed within a few hours and was very receptive when I emailed. The second time I did, it was within minutes. All the files have been great to use. Buy with confidence. I have been using images to make stickers and cut vinyl for tshirts and they have been no problem at all.

Sports Logos has a great selection and awesome customer service!
Sports Logos was the only place I could find a PES file for the Colorado Mammoth, and it is a great pattern. Also, the website offered a coupon, but I couldn't get it to load. I emailed the company and was refunded the coupon price the next day. So far I am VERY pleased with Sports Logos!
