I am very happy with the products and prices on your website. The only two things that are a bit problematic is the chaos in the 'size'-filter (UK shoesiszes, size 'Large' and size 'L' and size 'Groot' (large in Dutch.
I also noticed that the translation into dutch looks a bit google translate. e.g. Crewsocks is translated as "people working on a boat"-socks. But these are minor issues. The 'size'-filter would be a lot more efficient if it would be cleaned up.

It's a shame that we paid for an extra delivery option worth 12 euros, as the item was needed for a birthday, and that the item did not make it on the day indicated on the website. While we understand this is the responsibility of the courier as well, eventually it's what was published on sportsdirect website that makes us purchase the extra money for express delivery. I will not be ordering again.

Heel slecht ik betaal voor een expresslevering 1-3 werkdagen en tot nu toe 4 werkdagen nog niks ontvangen.
Dus ik betaal 11,99€ voor een expressverzending maar niks ontvangen.
Ook de klantenservice komt met 3 verschillende verhalen.
En nu vragen ze al om een review te plaatsen en ik heb mijn pakket nog niet ontvangen.
Ongelooflijk!!!!

Snelle verzending en levering

Met spanning uitgekeken naar de levering dus het is op zich perfect verlopen. Hopelijk doe ik nu wat langer met wat ik besteld heb.

Le service client est mauvais. Avant même de les contacter, ils vous disent que la réponse prendra une semaine, ce qui est inacceptable. J’ai commandé une chaussure en pointure 45, ils m’ont envoyé du 44,5 sans me consulter, et si vous souhaitez retourner la chaussure, vous devez payer les frais de livraison.

SDBE50001006331161. Foute bij leveringen.Bestel op sportsdirect hemd Lacoste XL. na bevestiging en betaling staat bij bevestiging maat L. bij verzendingsmail staat dan weer de juiste maat XL.
Bij afhaal wordt toch Maat L geleverd!!! terug moeten sturen en nog 2X4,99 euro betaald. Antwoorden niet op de mail die je stuurt. Hopelijk nu nog geld terug. Nooit meer

Hallo, ik kan nog geen punten geven wand ik heb mijn bestelde producten nog altijd niet ontvangen.
Ze werden op 07/01/ besteld, we zijn nu de avond van 14/01 en nog geen melding gekregen dat mijn pakketten zijn afgeleverd in het afhaalpunt.

Ik heb gisteren namiddag besteld,
U vraagt vanmorgen om een review
terwijl de levering voorzien is voor 18 januari
Laat de verzending en de koeriers hub werk doen !

Incompetent and misleading customer service.

I selected the correct delivery option at checkout. When the parcel went missing, customer service immediately blamed me and insisted I had selected the wrong option, despite having no evidence.

Only after repeated contact did they contradict themselves and admit their records did not support what I was originally told.

This was clear gaslighting rather than genuine customer support. No ownership, no accountability, and no urgency to resolve an issue entirely of their making.

Avoid.

Les T-shirts Donnay que j'achète depuis 10 ans, pèsent 250/260g par pièce. Les vôtres 150/160g par pièce. Pas bon!

SD40000130851568 is my order number for a gift card for Christmas. It has been requested for delivery by email. It has not been delivered. It was ordered 23 rd December with the intention of visiting after Christmas sales. There is no way to get help as the Contact Us is a maze of useless advice articles. I requested a refund and the site declined this saying "Not possible after 5th January". We use Sports direct a lot. Feel totally let down
