Je viens de d'acheter pour la première un article chez sports Montagne et vraiment je suis ravie de mon achat.
L'article (chaussures de ski) conforme à mes attentes produit neuf sauf que le fabricant avait oubliè les semelles à l'avant des chaussures
J'ai téléphoné ches Sports Montagne pour les informer je suis tomber sur des personnes professionnels, très aimables ce qui de nos jours n'est pas toujours le cas. Ils ont pris note de mon probème et m'ont adressé les semelles dans les jours qui ont suivi avec un petit cadeau supplémentaire. Je conseillerai ce site sans aucun problème et j'acheterai de nouveau chez eux. Lorsque l'on a une entreprise qui rassemenble des qualités humaine professionelles et commercantes il faut le signaler car c'est rare. Merci à l'équipe

Top au niveau de l'envoi et des délais, mais malheureusement à l'arrivée, 2 gros chocs constatés dans la 1ère popote extérieure, alors qu'il s'agit d'un matériel haut de gamme !
Contactés, ils mettent tout en œuvre pour remplacement, m'envoyant un bon retour gratuit pour réexpédition de la Popote abîmée, et le remplacement du matériel dans les meilleurs délais.
La faute à la "préparatrice commandes", mais il n'y a que ceux qui ne font rien qui ne commettent (éventuellement) pas d'erreurs.
Contact téléphonique hyper sympa, je pense donc qu'ils méritent notre indulgence !

Site super, bon rapport qualité / prix, des produits, envoi très rapide et soigné ! L'article (un sac dos) correspondait à mes attentes.

Livraison rapide, produit en parfait état. Un petit soucis pour le suivi de livraison, en effet le code tracking était erroné. J'ai donc contacté le service client par mail et ce dernier m'a répondu très rapidement (moins d'une heure) pour me communiquer le bon code. Contact cordial et professionnel. Très content de la prestation.

La tarif était intéressant, la livraison rapide et suivi, du tout bon.

Where to start; —the delivery is slow with this online retailer, the pants were shipped only 4 days after payment was made.

But that is not the worse part: the Millet belay pants I bought might have been at a reduced price, but that doesn't justify sending a consumer, pants in a disgustingly filthy state: most velcro closings were full of fluff, there were on two points clearly visible dirt smudges, and plenty of dust/filth and hairs everywhere to be found on the garment.
It appears that I was either sent the in-shop try out pair of pants, or someone had returned a dirty pair and the shop simply sent them onward to the next customer.
No, I would definitely not recommend this retailer, as they don't even reply to various e-mails sent over the past few days, e-mails to which I have even attached plenty of photos making evident the state the pants are in.
Although, this shop has received plenty of positive feedback, if you are preparing for an event or a holiday with deadlines, prepare to be seriously delayed, as not only is delivery slow, but they don't even have decent communication skills or any hygiene standard on returned goods ...

THIS IS A FOLLOW-UP, a week later, after multiple e-mails:
As the pants would be returned, the shop offered a FREE retour sticker, with Colissimo, in order to send the merchandise back. Although I made a gentleman named Laurent aware that the free retour/return stickers work for the French post and therefore only within French territory, I was assured he was certain it was valid.
The result at the Portuguese post office was that what I tried to make Laurent aware off, is actually true, there is no across the border agreement for free of charge returns between the Portuguese post office and the French post office (Colissimo).
I have spent out of my own pocket 9.60Euro to send the unacceptable merchandise back, and to see the matter resolved once and for all. What a waste of time, efforts and money!

SECOND FOLLOW-UP, on the 2nd of July I was promised by Laurent, that the 9.60Euros for shipping would be reimbursed by bank transfer. Today is the 12th of July, and no reimbursement has entered my bank account!
To add insult to injury, Sports Montagne was paid in total for dirty merchandise the amount of 113.90Euros, they refunded fraudulently to the credit card that made the payment ONLY 104.30Euros! This means that the shop continues to owe the consumer 19.20Euros, not to mention the loss of time and patience in the matter. If this matter is not corrected, I am putting forward a formal complaint with the French Consumer Association and Authorities!

Bon marchand. Prix honnêtes , facilitées de paiement , envoi rapide et soigné .
