SportEyes is a small women-owned business that is the real deal. They respond to your questions via email and they are flexible and easy to work with. They asked a lot of questions that were helpful, and went above and beyond to get me a great pair of prescription sunglasses.
They are also one of the only companies in the US that does some of the more rare shield-style prescription glasses, like Bolle and Julbo. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, their website did a poor job explaining the process of buying sunglasses and all the options you can get. They also need to define some of the terms they used to make things clearer. So I needed their help.

Beware Tariffs on international orders! I know this is a universal thing but they could issue a fair warning on their sight that international orders can expect to pay an extra 25% tariffs on top of their total. Lesson learned: Never order from the US again!

This organization has exceptional customer service. I don't have my ski goggle inserts yet; I just placed the order. But I had a concern, I wrote to them, and I received a response about it from a real person in less than 24 hours. And they quickly resolved my problem.

Shortly thereafter, I was then contacted by someone else there who cuts the lenses, and they asked me some questions to better fine tune the glasses to my needs. My overall sense was that they wanted to ensure that I got what was best for me, both in terms of product quality and cost.

I've worn eyeglasses for almost 60 years, so I have enough experience with optometrists and such that I can speak authoritatively about their qualifications. I trust them to do well.

Absolutely amazing customer service!!

I was able to order a blank Hilco insert for my snorkel mask to ensure a good fit before I purchased a prescription insert. They sent me a prepaid return label for the blank insert, and my prescription insert is absolutely perfect!!! I am SO EXCITED to finally be able to snorkel and SEE!!

GREAT SERVICE! I got my prescription diving mask completed and shipped within 10days. You cannot get that anywhere else. I have ordered glasses all my life. On average it takes about at least 2 weeks, then shipping will take about 4 weeks. I ordered this 4 weeks prior to my trip, they got it done within 10days and shipped. Expedited shipping, entries order processed and arrived to your door in less than 2 weeks. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST. I WILL BE ORDERING MORE.

A couple of things. First, my none of my orders show up in my "Orders" section of the Site after logging-in.

I was told they are switching to a new Website and that this issue should be resolved, then.

Secondly, the address placed on the order for the shipment was incorrect; and the order had to be shipped back to the company so they could resend it.

I fail to see how this could be a problem on my end since I had to have the correct address for the credit card payment to be successfully processed.

It also means that somewhere on their end they failed to verify the street address (which was missing the actual street name) before sending the package.

Company did great getting the frames and lenses I wanted.

Amanda was sooo helpful… went above and beyond. Configured some goggles with Rx lenses for Burning Man. Had to consider many options/possibilities. She was exceptionally patient, meticulous, and friendly. Highly recommend!

I absolutely Love these swim goggles. The customer service was outstanding. I originally ordered the wrong prescription and they caught it and reached out to me repeatedly until we got it right! I'm extremely satisfied with the whole experience! And the goggles fit great and I can see perfectly in them when swimming!

My son has a more challenging prescription and we were under a tight timeline to get the goggles so he could take them with to camp. Shannon at A Sight for Sport Eyes went above and beyond to help me navigate the process and get the goggles to me on time.

I always have the worst luck with products that don't work out for me, and in situations like that, good customer service is crucial. It's especially important when it comes to expensive products like prescription lenses.

The representatives at A Sight For Sport Eyes blew my expectations of what good customer service is out of the water. Their policy of remaking prescription lenses when there's an issue and replacing masks with alternatives is exceptional. I entered the wrong script information originally and thought I was going to be eating the cost on that front. They're redoing the lenses at no additional cost, and that's just the policy for the first remake when there are lens issues. No need to sweet talk anyone - the standard is that they take care of you.

The mask I originally chose didn't suit my face shape either - I should have done more reasearch on that front. So they helped me to select a new mask and sorted things out so that the remade lenses will be for that brand of mask. This could have become a very expensive mistake that I could only blame myself for and they've been so kind and diligent about getting things corrected for me.

I'll be buying my motorcycle goggles from them next, as well as any sports lenses needed for my sons activities. Brand loyalty is something that people give too easily these days - supporting companies just for the sake of the name and logo. A Sight For Sport Eyes actually earns that loyalty from their customers.

The website was very confusing and the pricing came in much higher than expected.
I received multiple emails and a call with added charges due the prescription. The last email I received was stating I missed a step and they had to add on $65. When I pushed back that I was already charged more two separate times
For the order, the customer service representative then was able to locate that I had been charged. It was just chaotic and messy. It didn’t seem like they have it together yet. I am still waiting to get the goggles and hope they are great because they were very expensive.

I was only cautiously optimistic when I heard about you from a fellow on a ski lift at Gore Mt., NY; but I ordered the Rx goggle insert based on this guy's recommendation. I just tried it out in Colorado, and it worked much better than I had hoped! Thank you!

I ordered a pair of swim goggles with prescription inserts. The prescription inserts were correct for my eyes. The swim goggles, however, were a poor design, and I could not get them to work. They either leaked (when loosened) or fogged up (when tightened) so much that they were useless. I got several squirrelly replies to my complaints, suggesting that it must be my bone structure that was the problem and that I could try sending the goggles back, but they would determine just how much of a refund I could get based on their assessment of how pristine the goggles were. They also mentioned that they couldn't be more accommodating because they are a three person company without many resources. I don't consider that a good excuse for poor customer service.
