Very useful piece of kit. The basic counter and the lap timer both work well in the pool. I needed to replace my first basic counter as its waterproofing did not survive a battery change. Next time I’ll get it done professionally, as they admittedly advise.

It is a great bit of kit
It is a great bit of kit that delivers - easy fit, easy to use, nothing complicated. I use it for swimming and it has been fine. Holds its charge ok.
Only issue for me, and it is mine, are that I struggle to see the numbers clearly as out of the water I wear glasses.

Good product so far !
Good product so far !
The finger stop watch works very good. Very simple to use. I mainly use it to time my sprint usrpt sessions on 25m all out and the times I get seem coherent.
I was afraid it would be weird to stop the stopwatch as soon as I touched the wall but you quickly get the motion.
So far so good, a bit expensive considering its low tech but since it works

You were efficiënt
You were efficiënt, nicely packed. A pity from the Brexit .. made it difficult to know when parcel would arrive. I’m dependent of another person. Tracking service would be helpful .. but maybe I’m spoiled. Thanks a lot .. happy with my sportcount chronometer!

Good evening Lutgart, many thanks for leaving a positive review. We offer two shipping services. One is free for the customer and does not come with a tracking number whereas the other is fully tracked and insured but has an additional tracking fee attached. We offer the two services as we want to provide customers with choice whilst ensuring SportCount is as affordable as possible. It's great to hear you are happy with your SportCount Chronometer! Kind regards, Mark www.sportcount-europe.com
Bit long time until arrival, but all good elsewise.
Took some time that the package arrived, but I guess that is the UK-to-EU thing… Apart from that, everything was fine.

This is great news Georges, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, it's much appreciated. Kind regards, Mark www.sportcount-europe.com
Excellant customer service from Mark
I contacted Sportscount Europe to enquire about a swimming lap counter. Mark responded very quickly to answer all my questions. The customer service from Mark is professional and outstanding. I ordered two different lap counters as i was unsure due to it being a gift, they arrived within a few days as assured they would, unfortunately my partner felt they would be not suitable for him. Again I contacted Mark who explained the process of a full refund. This went smoothly, very happy with communication and professional service.
