Wat spijtig dit te horen. We trachten immers steeds zo spoedig mogelijk te reageren. Ik heb dit net even voor je nagekeken en we ontvingen je mail 22/06 m.b.t. de melding voor je retour. Deze werd beantwoord op 23/06 met de vraag of je een andere maat wenste te verkrijgen of gewoon wou retourneren.
Tot op heden ontvingen we nog geen retourzending. Zodra de retour binnen is, zal je de refund mogen verwachten! Vergeet zeker niet het document m.b.t. je retour mee bij het pakketje te steken. Ik stuur je dadelijk nog even een mailtje ter navolging.

Was overcharged for shipping for an…
Bad service and HUGE shipping charge for an item I've still not received after 2 weeks. Very disappointed and will not order from them again. I sent an email to customer service Friday with no response yet. Dreadful customer service.

I received the wrong order
I received the wrong order. I get my order when the wrong items arrive at Sport4it. It takes ages to use my ordered product because of this process.

Dear Jo-ann,
We understand it is a pity your lenses have not been delivered as they should have been.
Unfortunately we are not able to send the product immediately as the lenses you ordered were sent to another person by accident. 2 packages have been accidentally switched and the lenses you ordered were the very last in our stock.
This means we will have to wait until the other client sends back the lenses.
Hopefully you understand this situation is extremely rare and we feel sorry about this.
In the meantime it would be good to return the wrong delivered package and when arrived, we will then send you the correct product.
As a compensation we will add a surprise at your order worth € 30.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Ordered a DT Swiss ER1600 wheelset
Ordered a DT Swiss ER1600 wheelset. It was shipped without an important (for me) accessory: the DT swiss quick-release end-caps which the manufacturer states should have been included in the box. I had to purchase these accessories separately from 2 other sellers (they are difficult to find) and spent an extra 70EUR to make the wheels work for me.
The wheels themselves are fine, shipping was OK (quite slow thanks to COVID). I contacted Sport4it about the missing parts and received no reply.
Edited Feb 1, 2021: received a reply today. There was no proposed solution, only a statement placing blame on the manufacturer. I will contact the manufacturer directly to inquire whether this is accurate and will update the review when I have a reply.
sport4it reply: "We wish to apologize for this incident. Unfortunately we do not have the accessory you want in stock. The wheelsets are delivered to us in this way."
Update 02/Feb/2021:
DT Swiss reply - "Unfortunately this can happen with some E-shops that buy DT SWISS bikes for resale from unknown sources. It can then be an OEM variant (intended for bicycle manufacturers, it does not have complete ASM accessories and should not be on sale in this way)."
There was no notice on the Sport4it website that the item for sale is OEM instead of retail. Removed 1 star from my review as the proposed "solution" from sport4it was an excuse, not a solution.

Good store with great after sales service
Ordered a new DT Swiss wheelset to my road bike but then found the same model available in a local shop near to my house so decided to cancel the order with Sport4it. They canceled the order without any issues and returned the payment very quickly. I appreciate the good service provided and for sure I recommend the store and would buy with them again in the future.
