I wish I’d read the feedback on trustpilot prior to ordering. Anyways, I recieved my package today, 2+ weeks after I ordered. I’m located in Denmark and it said 4-7 days on international delivery. Recieved a ton of updates on my order though it didn’t seem like my package was moving. Haven’t had the opportunity to try on the socks yet.

The single worst experience of online shopping of my life. Almost 3 weeks since I ordered 3 x pairs of socks. I've had loads of emails from "Shippy Pro" with update after update but I have absolutely no clue where my order is. My socks have been to Madrid, Girona, The Hague and are now somewhere in the Netherlands. The €50 price tag now makes sense as they've sent my socks on a tour of Europe. They've seen more European countries than me this summer. I hope by the time they arrive my feet haven't changed size. I'll probably just leave them in my will to one of my grandchildren. I don't have any presently but expect to have a bus load by the time they arrive. I'll probably never receive them.

Very slow delivery.
Don’t suit me as a running sock - fit is small/narrow and they are too tight around my legs so much so that they leave a deep indentation mark. Only my first 3 toes fit in the toe box! I prefer some more cushioning in the heel too.
Expensive.

Just received my order to Denmark without troubles, and the socks are such a nice quality.
Furthermore I had some questions regarding my order and the customer service fixed it right away. 5 stars :)

It took 21 days to receive the order, when I made the order it was stated 3 to 7 days.
Socks look nice, fit is very small or they are extreme compression socks, either of those.
I will update about the quality when I get some miles in.

Sizing of the socks is not correct. I bought multiple pairs in the same size but some pairs are several centimeters smaller than other ones. Customer service says there is nothing wrong and the structure of some models is different and they only look shorter. I have sent them pictures where you can clearly see the difference in size but they refuse to replace them. So this was the first time I ordered Sporcks socks and it was definitely the last time.

Waited 16 days for my new socks. They finally arrived today. Been WALKING in them for 6 hours and there’s already a big hole (!??!!?!!) and a lot of stitches poking out. I was so disappointed but I contacted costumer support and they offered to send me a new pair immediately, which I accepted. I really do believe I received a faulty pair as I have read so many amazing reviews online. Looking forward to receiving the new pair. I’m really impressed by costumer support but I still think the shipping process is really slow seeing as I’m in Denmark and sporcks is located in Spain. It’s not that far.

The whole process is extremely slow. I ordered 14 days ago and haven’t received anything yet. If I knew this beforehand I would’ve bought socks somewhere else.

Waiting on my order already for 1,5 month but still according the delivery status: In Transit. No information of them about the status. Really a sad company

I ordered the wrong product by accident, which led to a frustrating returns dilemma which was difficult.

However, once I voiced my frustration to customer service, they were quick and efficient in finding a solution
The product is great, customer service were good, it was the returns which were frustrating

Terrible Support, they dont take it back if the package is once opened.

Edit/Reply: you know washing machines don't you?

Pros: great toe box, great heel pad, stay up, cool looking.

Cons: only wash my white socks with whites and they still lose their brightness, end up a dull grey.

Changing my review because Carlos Martin delivered good customer service and rectified the mistake done on my delivered items. I received a replacement pair of the socks I had ordered, in the correct size and very fast time.

The size does not fit. I want to send it back but there is no real return and refund option. If you have tried it they say they can't take it back. And the return form is way too difficult. Be careful when buying at SPORCKS!

No aconsejo realizar pedidos en esta página Web bajo ningún concepto. Utilizan la técnica del engaño para incentivar a que realices el pedido. EN Su web indican que los pedido realizados antes de las 12:00 salen ese mismo día:
En mi caso una vez realizado el pedido, consulte con su chat de atención al cliente (el cual responden si les interesa) y el empleado de turno me confirmo que si recibiría el pedido el día indicado 8 de septiembre. Dejar constancia que también abone el importe para el pedido exprés. Bueno hoy 9 de Septiembre recibo un mensaje de la empresa de paquetería que recibiré mi pedido el día 13 de septiembre. Por lo que quien quiera tener que andar con reclamaciones, chat, mensaje ignorados y no saber cuando va a recibir su pedido, esta es su página. Para el resto de personas que desean tener el servicio justo por el que pagan esta no es su página.

Tras múltiples pruebas, estos calcetines han conseguido que me desaparezcan las ampollas al correr.

No son baratos pero merecen la pena.

Terrible quality and even worse customer support. Very disappointed, can not recommend.

Anyone looking for athletic socks with great design and amazing durability need to check this company out . I’ve bought off them multiply times , today I had a tiny issue getting an order confirmation and with in minuets I had my email addressed and sorted.
Would highly recommend
