Los compré porque prometen no hacer rozaduras y son específicos para correr… pero me llevé una decepción.
Los usé dos veces, corriendo 5/6km con ellos y ambas veces me hicieron rozaduras y ampollas, no me quiero imaginar si hago más distancia.

Sentimos mucho que se haya producido esta situación y las molestias ocasionadas.
Queremos informarle de que nuestros calcetines están confeccionados con fibras de alta calidad. Utilizamos Coolmax, un material técnico que permite una rápida evacuación del sudor, ayudando a que el pie se mantenga seco durante la actividad. Asimismo, nuestros modelos cuentan con refuerzos específicos en las zonas de mayor impacto, como el talón, la puntera y el metatarso, lo que favorece una pisada más cómoda y contribuye a mejorar el rendimiento durante la carrera.
Por último, incorporan una compresión media, diseñada para favorecer la circulación durante el ejercicio.
Dicho esto, nos gustaría señalar que las rozaduras no dependen exclusivamente del uso de los calcetines y pueden estar relacionadas con otros factores, como una talla inadecuada del calzado, un modelo de zapatilla no adaptado a la pisada, costuras internas, un exceso de sudoración, una pisada inestable, altas temperaturas durante la carrera u otros elementos externos.

Before I have even received my order, I get a marketing email showcasing the same products with further discount available. When I reached out to CS about honouring the additional 5%, Alejandra simply rejected this with no remorse. Poor from your marketing team and poor from your CS team. What should have been a positive experience, ruined so easily.

Socks not delivered, bad costumer service
I ordered socks for a specific event, they were meant to arrive within 5-10 working days. However, they still haven't arrived. Sprocks provided conflicting information about the order's status, falsely claiming the carrier had the package. It's been over three weeks, and I still haven't received my order.
I have also left a review on the sprocks website detailing the situation and my dissatisfaction and the review is no where to be seen…
In the future I will avoid this company like the plague

Delivery took ages, which I understand as it is coming from a different country, however they sent the wrong sizes, called me a liar despite email proof, and refused to exchange for free. Now I have to spend more money to return them.

Los calcetines son de muy buena calidad, y además los diseños son geniales. Estoy muy contento y no uso otros cuando compito en 10k y maratones. Muy recomendables.

Loved the socks to start with, but the quality is poor - even when washed according to instructions the lovely bright colours have faded and there’s already a big hole in one pair after very few wears. Sadly do not recommend at all.

Don’t buy if you have size 12 feet and above. Ordered the Get Sh*t done socks….
Seriously undersized and a poor fit, not stretchy at all. XL says for uk sizes 11.5 - 14 but that is actually not true at all, I have size 12 feet and I could barely get them on. The design stretches beyond all recognition. The socks are super tight on the cut so there is no give. The designs are ok but £20 including shipping for 1 pair. Absolute rip off.

Never, never, never again!!!! I thought I would give Sporcks another chance but after this debacle, NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Delivery is ridiculously slow. The event has passed and the enthusiasm for this product is now less than zero.

Terrible company poor communication.
Ordered on 24th June with 3-5 days delivery and it’s 8th July and still no socks.
I ordered for a race and I no longer need the socks because I had to go buy some when these didn’t arrive.
I’ve emailed the company and spoken to their live chat to cancel and get a refund. Live chat hasn’t responded and on email I’ve been told they have an issue with evri but won’t cancel or refund my order.
Looking at the reviews it’s clearly not an issue with evri and the refusal to cancel or refund is common. I wish I read the reviews before ordering.

Delivery takes too long
Delivery takes too long. Socks, are not bad, but the pictures are misleading. Socks are super tight and small. When you pull them up to your ankle, the stich/print pattern distorts almost see-through. If you buy, go for bigger size than you usually wear.
