Without downloading the App, the web version doesn't give you a code!. Downloaded the app then it blocks you from continuing until youve uploaded a photo and description of your bike. Takes ages as the app was slow. Like it was previously uploading face recognition passport photo requirement! Why??? If Id known it was this much hassle I wouldnt have bothered. You'd think having two locker locations in the same car park it might be a good idea to number differently, Nope, identical numbers on both sets. No guessing which one I was stood in front of for 15mins while trying to upload a picture of my bike. Yep the wrong one. Once opened the bike garage works great!

Mixed feedback I'd say. It was my first time using Spokesafe. I have a nice high-end electric bike which I love and don't want to lose to theft. I entered the Spokesafe area (its inside the car park in Cavendish Sq, London) and it's very obviously used mostly by 'deliveroo' etc riders - place was untidy, loads of food wrappers and other rubbish everywhere, hardly any space as the delivery riders bikes are huge, I couldn't access my reserved spot so parked where I could. A long way from the pristine photos on the website. I left worried as once inside the space anyone could have a go at stealing your bike in peace, away from cameras, completely un-supervised. After an hour of worrying I went back, cancelled my planned activity and went home.

I used spokesafe in colchester for the first time and I am converted! Will definitely use again. The lock on the door is a bit sensitive so you have to be patient with it, but other than that this was a very easy experience, bike was safe, good lighting etc. Love it

My first time using Spokesafe. Booked a slot in the box at my local train station but on arrival the entry code supplied on the app didn't work, despite repeated attempts. Phoned the helpline - after much faffing was given a new code. Also repeatedly failed to work. By now I was getting late catching a train to an important meeting so had no choice but to lock up my bike in an unprotected rack. Came back to find my bike had been stolen - now have to find £800 for a replacement. Lesson learnt - Spokesafe is not fit for purpose. AVOID!

I used the Mayfair parking space with my bike and the experience was seamless from booking to retrieving my code. My experience was so seamless, I ended up using the service again the following day. The lockup was in a room, within a car park (that has a security guard) and the door requires the code, the room was more than adequate for what I needed (a safe space to park my bike whilst I went out in central London)

Terrible and unsafe! I found myself in a parking garage at night with no possibility to contact anyone and the app only works with a good internet connection. Luckily some delivery guys helped me out. When I went to pick up the bike, the app wouldn’t work so I couldn’t get the entry pin. Spent two hours on the phone with their customer service who at least were very prompt at picking up the phone and fixing the issue. It’s a pity because it could have been a valuable service. I also suggest to put their boxes in the streets, just like they do with the bike hangars but increase access security and having someone who could come in person to help would be a great plus.

I have been using their storage for long time .When any facilties broke or something wrong is taking ages for getting it fixed .Also when yoursubscruption days ending one day before actually day whic is showing on your app .if you have any staff left over there you wont be let you in withput paying which is absoulate false information and RIPPED OFF .Worse thing i ever seen there somepeople get in without code and very unsafe for the bikes .Totally unsafe and very careless and irresponsive managment .

If I could give 0 stars, I would. For over three months, I relied on Spokesafe lockers at Leytonstone to store my bike, which are advertised as keeping your bike safe with code-operated doors via their app.

One day, I encountered a significant issue when I tried to retrieve my bike. Despite multiple attempts with the app code and even after contacting their emergency phone number for assistance, the locker remained inaccessible. After a few days when a team could physically open the door, my almost new 275£ bike was nowhere to be found.

Subsequent attempts to resolve the issue with Spokesafe only led to frustration and disappointment. Despite filing a police report, I received no indication of a refund for the service or any form of compensation for my stolen bike, at some point they even stopped replying my emails. I can see they also removed the locker in Leytonstone, probably trying to avoid other bad reviews or liability. It's disheartening to see a company fail to take responsibility for their shortcomings and provide adequate support to their customers in times of need.

Overall, my experience with Spokesafe has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services to others. Beware of false advertising and unreliable security promises.
