Sceptical re DHL offer
I was sceptical about the offer of next day delivery by DHL to Spain. I was right to be! However the Bumbu did arrive 5 days later.

Not deliverable to Spain
I tried a small order as a test and it failed. I live in center of a medium size city in Andalusia. Shipper (GLS) could not deliver and never called the number we gave them. This should have been an easy delivery. Company did refund but only 18€ of 28€ spent.

Great store, but not the best customer service
Great store with lots of choices and fast delivery. Unfortunatly the follow-up is a bit lacking, no tracking was sent to me after my order, so I had no way of knowing where my order was. Also, the customer service (probably because it's summer) took 15 days to open my email, and only because I put CANCEL ORDER on the header of the email. Still, the order was fulfilled on time, the package was well done, so just improve the customer info a bit and you'll be fine.

It’s a scam
Shipping took forever and I had to request another shipping address. Not sure if the goods even ever arrived, and if so it was not delivered by DHL. They did not reply to my e-mail for two weeks. When they finally answered, they did not adress the actual questions.
