SpinStag closed my account and confiscated €11,201.71 without specifying the alleged violation. I am writing this review to share my experience with SpinStag. After using the casino and making withdrawals previously, my account was closed, and €11,201.71 was removed from my balance. SpinStag referred generally to a breach of their Terms and Conditions, but despite several requests, they have not clearly explained what specific rule or activity they believe I violated. I have repeatedly asked SpinStag to provide a clear explanation and identify the alleged violation. Their responses have only stated that the decision was made by the relevant department, is final, and cannot be reconsidered. I strongly dispute the allegation and maintain that the confiscation of my funds is unjustified. I have retained correspondence and other documentation relating to the matter. The dispute is being handled separately through the appropriate ADR process, and this review is not intended to interfere with or replace that process. I simply want to document my experience publicly and make other players aware of what happened. I hope SpinStag will eventually provide a clear and specific explanation for the confiscation and reconsider its decision.

I signed up with this casino, but I’m absolutely fed up with the amount of emails they keep sending. They come day and night, sometimes only a minute apart. I deleted well over 100 yesterday, and there were already more waiting this morning. This is far too intrusive and honestly feels like harassment
