Get this! My sister myself and another roommate share a home. But under this establishments terms and policies only one person per household is allowed to have an account! How ridiculous of a rule is that three grown adults have separate bank accounts separate jobs and is of age, but live under the same roof and have the same address only one and it would be first come first serve can have an account with this casino. Well,ok.....I've been playing slots at spinoverse for some time now and up till now have enjoyed my experience. Always made deposits never withdraw so never had a problem until I hit today for $7563.71 that was my withdrawable amount.so customer service locks my account because apparently back in November of 2023 I registered an account but never even played on it but the day I registered it. Well the Casino offered me free spins and when I was winning they made the writing on my balance so small that I had to get a magnifying glass to see it then they began changing my spin amount on the game so I would loose. Here is my experience: After waiting nine days from my account being fully verified, they told me I'd be paid in 12-24 hours. Woke up the next day with a decline of my withdrawal. When I inquired, I was told there was a "glitch" and to start the LONG withdrawal process ALL OVER again.

So, yes you can win $$$ here. Customer service is responsive, however the withdrawal times are very slow. If they can get their payouts handled more quickly, then I would highly recommend them.
