I have £160 of cleared winnings sitting in my account on this site which they refuse to release. They claim there is a problem with my PayPal account which there is not. They haven't replied to my emails and the 'chat' suggestions range from please try again (which delays by another 24 hours and I was daft enough to try once) to we will email you with a response - aaarrgghh so frustrating.
