I bought 2 cushions, one for me and one for my wife. I found the spikey seat actively painful to sit on. My wife found her green one comfortable on our iron garden chairs. Our 7 year old grandchild fell in love with the green cushion because of its rabbit ears and plagued us into giving it to her, so if anyone has another pale green one with rabbit ears I would be glad to buy it from you paul lucke at yahoo.co.uk

These simple cushions never helped my mother with her spinal problem. I tried to return the product, even though they offer a full refund satisfaction guarantee and customer service never responded to my emails or calls to begin with. Second, the shipment is on us and is to China, without guarantee that the package will arrive properly and on time or not. And thirdly, the refund is not made directly to the account in which the purchase was made (according to the fine print in your return policy). We were left with a useless item that didn't help us and isn't going to help anyone else.

Avoid at all costs. This company offer a 30 day guarantee return, but make no mention of you returning to china at your expense. I was quoted £48-55 to return, the cushion cost £50. The company had initially offered to give me it for 1/2 price, this was prior to me realising the cost to return. I have emailed them for 2 weeks before being given the address to return. I have been emailing since 25/11 to take up the original offer and cut my losses, but am
being continually ignored. Avoid these scammers at all costs. They claim the cushion is memory foam, but it is a cheap poly filler cushion that offers no support. It is very inferior to what I currently use. I’ve learnt my lesson the hard way, and will never click a Facebook advert again. I doubt very much that the company even come here to check their appalling reviews, and try to resolve issues. Order number 4333

I would have given no stars if possible.
The product I ordered was not what I received..it was different fabric & I didn’t like it.. it also offered no support. I emailed asking for a prepaid label to return it since i thought it their responsibility to put it right. I was told to return to China at my expense. I refused to do this as it’s expensive. I’ve done this once before at great expense & 9 wks later received the parcel back to me. I have emailed several times since with no response… my advice would be;
Don’t order anything that comes from China if there’s a chance you might want to return goods.
This Company’s customer service is appalling-don’t order anything or be fooled by the Instagram ads.
If this had been bought thru’Amazon the problem would have been resolved in minutes.

The cushion was not suitable for me and I have been requesting returns instructions but have been totally ignored. Despite them offering 30day money back guarantee.

Absolute scam!
I purchased directly from their website. The product is a cheaply made and offers zero support.
I politely emailed to request a return using the 30 day money back guarantee - and they said I cannot return as it had been used!!!! You cannot offer a 30 day guarantee but then refuse it because your customer tried your product!
My advice is to Stay away from these fraudsters… don’t waste you money. It does not help back pain in any way but the company is “guaranteed” to give you a headache!
