I ordered a mask on september 17h.

2 days after that, i received an email which said "We are delighted to inform you that your order has been successfully shipped. You will be notified via email with the tracking number as soon as it becomes available in your country. Your order is on its way to you!
NOTE: The "pending" status on our website will be updated with the tracking number once available."

Now its october 6th and i still not received any email, update or anything else. I sent 3 emails to them, never received a reply.
Also, before purchasing, i wrote an email where i asked infos about a mask, and they replied me. That thing built up some trust in me, trust that obv was not respected.
If you are in the same situation, pls do this: contact your bank for a refund asap and write a review explaining what happened so other people dont do the same error.

FUN FACT: I discovered this sit is a scam by following them on IG. In fact, their name was "spiderstudio", both on their site and instagram and other socials. But today i opened my IG and i noticed they changed their name to "ssdesignmask". I suppose they did this to escape or something like that.
Be careful guys.

We never received our order..now it been so long we cant even receive a refund dont order from this website

never order anything from this company. i orderd a mask. i did not get the item. there is no any reply for my emails. I LOST 100 DOLLORS

never buy from spider studio they deliver twice and the third time you lose your money they are scammers and drop shippers everything you order comes from AliExpress they don't make anything themselves and I placed an order 3 months ago and have yet to receive it and they no longer respond to the emails I sent BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

I've seen the fake reviews and it's incredible... I ordered 3 times from this company, 2 masks and 1 webshooter and the products are simply amazing. My son is playing with the webshooter everyday and I’ll definitely order again!

Poor quality tat.
Paid £100 for a mask which is very badly finished and looks like something you would pick up for a fiver at a market. The item was sent in a plastic bag so the box it came is is really badly damaged. Tried contacting the company and it just says 'invalid email address' so can't contact

Don't buy here !! Ordered a Spiderman mask in the beginning of February. Still not sent to me by the company. It is my daughter's money we spent. And don't think we will ever receive the mask. Contacted the company 4-5 times, and they don't reply at all. Stay away from this company of fraud.

Megalång leveranstid. När produkten äntligen levereras är den trasig. Följer alla returinstruktioner och kontaktar även företaget. Inget som helst svar! Har förlorat pengarna och verkar inte få tillbaka dem. Dessutom är det min 12-åriga son som förlorat sina pengar. Rekommenderar att inte beställa härifrån.
