Great service - fast collection and delivered within the required timeframe. Would benefit from having more updates on estimated collection / delivery times etc, however I contacted a representative and they were extremely helpful and dealt with my queries very swiftly.

Wow what can I say
Wow what can I say - these folks did a stellar job for me today. I had to have a bottle of perfume - the last one in London - and they collected it and brought it out to Thatcham for a super reasonable price. I cannot thank them enough and I wish you all every success, your customer service went beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you!

Great customer service
Great customer service. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the courier arrived to pick up 40 minutes after the booked time, which wasn't really an issue as it only needed to be picked up and delivered within 4 hours of pick up which it was

The down side was the remote fee of £40 because it was delivered to a village, a bit disappointing and unnecessary.
