No response regarding Right of Rescission – urgent
I received a $500 loan on January 28, 2026 at 9:00 PM and immediately exercised my Right of Rescission as stated in the loan agreement.
I have sent multiple emails requesting instructions on how to return the full principal within the 48-hour rescission period, but I have received no response at all.
I am fully willing and ready to repay the $500 immediately, but the lack of communication is preventing me from doing so properly.
This review serves as public documentation that I requested rescission within the legal timeframe and am still awaiting clear repayment instructions.
I hope SpeedyFina will respond promptly and resolve this issue.

Speedyfina 🙏🏻💝 gave me the chance to get the money I urgently needed ! I was amazed of how this 100% online application was easy & simple !! Fast lighting approval!!! It took a total of 10 minutes " not even sure it took even 10 min.. " still can't get over it!! " And by the way : on a Sunday 11h00 am !!
