Got the best quality service ever from the best staff I ever met. I met Mr. Vikram and he assessed me right away with my choice. I had some really complex requirements and needs but he listened to me closely and understood each and everything and recommended me perfectly. He looked for a frame for me which really suited my profile and I was really happy with it. He also got me a nice deal and some recommendations for eye care. It barely took 15-20 minutes and everything was sorted perfectly and I plan to visit them later again for an eye test. If I could give the 6*, I definitely would 😁

What can I say, other than, what a fantastic company. Vik could not be anymore helpful. Fast service at a fantastic price. Beat Specsavers by over £100 and made them faster.

Vikram has been very accommodating from the first initial call for the appointment even when I have been late, he has been very understanding and transparent. Definitely has the eye for good taste when it came to picking the perfect glasses for me (too spoilt for choice). I love this opticians and the prices are a whole review on its own. I wish I can give more than 5 stars. Harjeet is so professional and knows a lot about eye care. Definitely would recommend

Just visited staff explained everything very well told me the pros and corns of the glasses made me well aware of the benifits. Overall service was good I would recon them to anyone looking to get their eyes tested.

Used Vik at specsmart to be able to get my glasses online, with the use of my NHS voucher. The process felt a little unsturdy to begin with however Vik assisted every step of the way and was excellent throughout, Vik even assisted with issues I was having with another opticians giving me the correct voucher codes necessary.
Overall the process took just short of 2 weeks (it was Easter bank holidays between) & I am extremely happy with my choice and most importantly I can see clearly and I would confidently return to Vik again, he has a true passion for his career.
