There was a lot I didn’t understand, jo lock talked me through it all step by step and made what should of been a stressful transaction relatively straight forward, I had a lot of worry’s and questions about this transaction but her knowledge and understanding put my mind at ease making the service they provide priceless, she also gave me a contingency everytime incase something didn’t work out which really helped keep the stress levels to a minimum, fantastic service
