Forced account setup
Products, delivery etc all absolutely fine. But they forced an account setup for one minor purchase which is atrocious

Thank you for your feedback, Andrew.
We're pleased that you were satisfied with both the products and delivery. However, we're sorry to hear that the account setup requirement caused frustration. We understand that creating an account for a small purchase may not always feel necessary, and we appreciate you sharing your thoughts as it helps us improve the customer experience.

Still a buyer after all this time
Astra (email responder) was very helpful & to the point in making sure the delivery driver had the info they needed to get my package to me.
Sales lady who kindly emailed me pictures of a product to answer my questions was also superb.
Customer support is stellar!
The only disappointment I have (and I've been using them well before Dryad - back in the HomeCraft days!) is it's a pity that stock isn't more wide ranging and one of my most beloved & versatile SpecialistCraft recycled white card products is no longer in the catalogue and has been replaced by a 'thicker' but inferior version.
