Met Adrian at a networking event before Christmas and we talked about my contract lease coming up for renewal - he immediately found my ideal upgrade to an Audi A5 which I took delivery of this week (just before the shutdown).
Communication has been exceptional throughout the process, Adrian has always been at the end of the phone and quick to answer any questions I had - even outside business hours.
Due to Covid-19 disruption and my work commitments I didn’t receive the initial induction from Audi upon delivery of the car but Adrian agreed to video call me later that evening to help run through the features of the car and set it up for me - couldn’t ask for more from my broker!
