The cars all in terrible technical condition - wipers are never replaced, no wiper fluid, suspension is dangerously broken. The cars are literally left without maintenance and are driven until the fall apart.

Спукана гума, та чак скъсана - и то отвътре (от нищото, явно бедна поддръжка), нулева обратна връзка от господина с който говорихме на един от техните телефони днес на 18.02.2026 09:00ч "0897870392" нагло и арогантно отношение от тяхна страна. Категорично не бих препоръчал услугите им.

My account was suddenly deactivated without explanation. Since then, it has been impossible to verify or re-register.
Customer support does not reply to emails or phone calls.
I also visited the registered Regus office address in person, which turned out to be only a virtual / empty office with no staff present.
Very poor transparency and communication. Use with caution.

I used this car-sharing service regularly and never had issues until this experience.

I was charged a smoking penalty based entirely on automated sensor data, despite the fact that I do not smoke and did not use any smoking or vaping products in the vehicle. When I contacted support, the response relied solely on generic terms & conditions and internal system readings, with no meaningful individual review of the situation or explanation of how sensor accuracy is verified.

The fine was deducted automatically, leaving no real option for dispute. As a customer, this raises serious concerns about transparency, accountability, and the lack of human review in cases that directly affect users financially.

If you use this service, be aware that penalties can be applied automatically, and contesting them may not lead to a fair or balanced review.

I registered, shortly after I uploaded my driver licence which is actually Canadian with a International Driver Permit. After hours of “approving” the document, the system came up with a message that it was not supported. Never got back my registration fee. But guess what? Now i will file a complaint in local authorities about it.

I have been using this service for over two years.
Sometimes cars are not in good shape.
If you need help from customer care over the phone that will take time, if you can reach somebody to speak to.
If you can contact them via email they are helpful.

The ace in their sleeve is that they have lots of cars almost everywhere in Sofia.

I live in Sofia and use Spark often. The app works perfectly, the cars are generally clean and can be found in abundance.
I recently made a mistake that I took for the first time a full day rental and after the first drive cancelled the day-rental. So I had to renew the full-day rental and paid twice for a full day. However, the support was friendly and issued me a credit in the application.

I've used Spark's services quite a bit over the past 2 years (about once a week) and very rarely had an issue. Any time there was a problem, their support team were very quick to rectify the problem.

Their cars are generally in good condition and clean. I find them reasonably priced.

I'm not sure why they have so many bad reviews here, and so few good ones.

I am deeply disappointed with the conduct of Spark.bg. Despite being a loyal client since the company’s early days, my registration was abruptly canceled without any prior notice or explanation. To make matters worse, Spark.bg is now demanding additional payment for a new registration.

This behavior is unprofessional, unfair, and raises serious concerns about the company’s integrity and respect for long-standing customers. Such actions reflect poorly on Spark.bg’s commitment to ethical business practices and client relationships.

I do not recommend Spark.bg.

They rejected my EU-recognized driving license, promised a refund, and ignored me for weeks. Rude responses, no accountability. Feels like a scam. Avoid this app! ⚠️

UK licenses are now not accepted on the platform. Not clear what’s driving the change, but this was previously not the case.

The App works fine. The service is utterly garbage. I spent an hour this am walking around Plovdiv trying to find the car I had booked (repeatedly) on two streets & eventually had to give up. The car ports & cars are not on the streets per the app. Plovdiv - Aleki Konstantinov & Yanko Sakasov sts.

The support is non-existent. Will not use them anymore.

Absolutely disappointed with their service, couldn't even use it! I waited one month for the support to say that they can't help me use thir service, pospone the service, give me voucher or returnmy money... called them 3 times...

Absolutely bad customer service, low professionalism and you never get support per Email even if you call after several times and ask for such
I am really disappointed

A company with a rapist mentality — that’s the best way to describe my experience with them. Bulgaria’s low and corrupt regulatory standards allow companies like this to exist; otherwise, they would face constant lawsuits.
Below zero customer support: 14 (fourteen) days for them to reply to an email request. 12 minutes on the phone for someone to answer. No one cares about the customer experience. The language they use to reply... And to top it all off, they fine users without any proof of a violation. I got a fine for something I am one million % sure I did not do. I have a witness but our hands are tied because we cannot prove anything. Total abuse! Guilty until proven innocent!

Спарк ми открадна 100лв при регистрацията!
На 22ри Юли 2024 реших да си активирам акаунта в Spark. В приложението пишеше, че трябва да платя 30лв, след което ще ми бъдат върнати под формата на ваучер.
Въведох дебитната си карта и ми бяха изтеглени 100лв вместо 30лв, и отгоре на всичко ми дадоха изтекъл ваучер, който не мога да ползвам.

Разговарях няколко пъти вече със съпорт отдела им и след 3 седмици и трето обаждане ми казват, че не могат да ми дадат ваучера и че от тяхна страна всичко изглежда нормално. Абсолютна измама.

Помолих да ми върнат парите поне и все още си чакам.

Въпроса е принципен, не ми е за 100те лева. Не може взимаш банковите данни на хората и да си теглиш колкото искаш…

Pay the registration fee before getting your license approved. My US drivers license was rejected and I was told a refund would be applied for 30lv. 10 business days later and I still have no refund. Revolut on my end are saying that no refund has been inititated. These guys are a scam, stay away.

Excellent idea and good cars, poor, rude and abrupt customer care should something go wrong.

Не принимает карты для оплаты с других стран. Это не удобно. Когда вводишь номер телефона, то есть выбор страны, но также не проходит номер из другой страны. Не рекомендую это приложение
