Item was exactly as described and was delivered quickly and securely.

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order for around £180, only to find that the same item was £30 cheaper on their app than on their website. Rather than returning the item and repurchasing it just to get the lower price, I simply asked for a refund of the £30 difference. This resulted in a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth with customer service.

The customer service representative, initially offered just £2.50 credit towards a future order. I was then told a supervisor would contact me by the end of the day, but this never happened. Instead, emailed me again the following day offering £5 credit. I explained that I would not be ordering from the company again and that I was still waiting to hear from the supervisor, but this was not addressed. I was eventually told I could receive a £5 refund, despite the £30 price difference. Throughout this entire interaction, I have still not received any contact from the supervisor.

There were also issues with the delivery information. Their website states that orders are dispatched within 1–2 days and delivered within 3–4 days, but my order was placed on Friday, dispatched on Tuesday and delivered on Saturday. When I questioned this, I was instead told that delivery could take 6 working days, which contradicts the information advertised on their website.

I was also disappointed with the communication. initially addressed me correctly but later addressed me by the wrong name. Given the amount of back-and-forth, I expected a much more professional level of customer service.

Overall, I will not be purchasing from this company again. The prices may look competitive, but when there is an issue, I found the company extremely unwilling to provide a fair resolution. The customer service and communication throughout this experience were very disappointing.

Edit: this issue remains unresolved and they contacted me again iffering £5 credit after repeatedly being told I will not be a returning customer. Avoid this company as they have very poor customer service.

Slightly odd experience. I placed the order with Sparepartstore24 because it was significantly cheaper than Autodoc. Yet the delivery and invoice came from Autodoc. Still the right product at a good price, with good delivery.

Part fitted exactly. Postage a bit expensive for such a small item though!!

Overall, very fast service and great website.

Ordered a part for my exhaust, no lead time when I paid, no shipping date, which I thought was odd as £8.50 shipping for a small rubber part I had assumed it would arrived quickly, obviously I need this as soon as possible it was only a small rubber connector for the exhaust so I checked online, the company is actually German, contacted live chat within minutes to be told I may not be able to cancel the order, that is will take up to 2 working days to dispatch, and then upto 3 working days to arrive, and that they can't confirm the cancelation as its a 3rd party distributor in the UK (not sure I believe them)

They even auto-replied to my complaint e-mail in German

Update: they where quick enough to e-mail me and tell me the order can't be cancelled as it had already been passed to the courier, so I order the item at 1PM. at 1.05PM I'm on live chat requesting a cancelation, but 2.30 they claimed they've posted it off?

Well paypal have already refunded me so stick it

Ordered LUK fly wheel specifically was looking LUK. To make sure it matches LUK clutch kit. Found 1 one here they have other brands like SACHS and others but ordered LUK. And what do you think when it's arrived in LUK box but SACHS Flywheel in it. I know it all fit and it will work ok. But I would like to get what I paid for. Local part dealer could get me SACHS fly wheel for about £100 less then they charge me. When contacted been offered £25 voucher. I did offer to keep it. I better let other know about this scaming plate. Also this is autodoc place witch i didn't know as newer buying parts from there

Odered my item on Sunday and it was with me on Friday afternoon. My item came from Poland so 5 working days for delivery is acceptable. One complaint I have is that this Company has a UK email address suggesting they are based in the UK but, they are part of the Autodoc group based in Germany which they should make clear to customers.

I caused an issue with a part i needed,contacted customer service,absolutely brilliant,it took several e.mails but my problem was sorted,well done and thanks ,keep it up!.
