Overall love the clothes but sizing is inconsistent. I have made multiple purchases but still find that for some of their things I'm a medium and for others a large - depending on the material an item is made from. To the point where some mediums I can't even get past my thighs while others fit roomy. Yes, some materials have less give but they should take this into account when assigning sizes. Since return shipping isn't free this is rather annoying and the loss of one star. The other star is on account of customer service. I had a question about returning an item and the agent I got via their chat box on the site gave me incorrect information that could have cost me dearly. He also couldn't wait to get rid of me as he ended the chat before the issue was completely resolved. I then emailed support by replying to my original order confirmation email and got a proper and accurate response that way, but had I not followed up and simply taken the chat agent's advice I could have been out hundreds of dollars. Improving on these points will make a huge difference.
