The Spanish Academy Recenzje

Harriet is a great teacher. Very organised and professional but also friendly. The syllabus builds a great foundation for learning and putting the language into practice. Harriet puts you at ease and is approachable anytime.

Hattie was very welcoming from the beginning making everyone feel at ease. Hattie was always prepared to help during lesson & available for contact in between to answer queries. Lesson content was enjoyable & relevant for a complete newbie! After 8 weeks a little knowledge has been gained to be able to order a few basic things in shops, cafes, markets as well as being able ask to slow the conversation down! I am a long way from fluent but feel I could now understand simple conversations! Small personal classes which helps to build confidence. I have signed up for the next course. I have loved every lesson & can't wait for January lessons!

George has just done his first lesson with The Spanish Academy, the only feedback i needed was an excited little man asking when can he do it again. He was fully engaged and learning for the whole lesson which was amazing to see.

We are so happy to be working with Harriet on her journey through GCSE Spanish this year. My daughter’s excitement before class and her happiness after class are priceless. I am so pleased with Harriet’s warm, friendly and professional approach. The fact that she understands the language of a teenage girl and happily encourages her to learn is a testament to her experience. I would definitely recommend Harriet and am grateful for her support.

I've just started Spanish lessons with Harriet and am very pleased to have found her. She responded very promptly to my initial message and has been flexible in setting up lesson times. She was able to quickly see my strengths and weaknesses and adapt her lessons accordingly. She has a calm and encouraging manner and I'm looking forward to making lots of progress with her.

Harriet is a great and patient tutor. She is very helpful in building my daughter' confidence in learning Spanish and tackling exams. I would highly recommend!

Harriet is great, she is friendly, accommodating, and puts your mind at ease. Learning a foreign language can feel a bit daunting or embarrassing, especially when speaking it out loud. I had a free trial lesson wirh Harriet and from there, I knew this was the best option for me. Not only do you get to learn the language, Harriet gives insight in to the culture of Spain and puts things in to context, something you cannot get on apps like Dualingo! I would 100% recommended her if you want to learn Spanish.

From a simple message on a weekend Harriet has fit me in to a regular weekly spot online. Whilst the whole experience is completely out of my comfort zone the lessons are really enjoyable thanks to Harriet’s teaching style and demeanour. Cannot fault and would highly recommend to anyone. I’d hit a wall trying to learn the language on my own and I’m already looking at things more clearly and with better understanding after only two lessons.

My daughter is doing well under Harriets guidance and I'm satisfied with how she is responding to her and her teaching methods. Thank you

Fantastic teacher! Very patient and kind with my children. They are learning so much and it is clear she is confident in her teaching/speaking abilities. So happy I found her.

Harriet is teaching two of my children and they really enjoy the classes. They find that she is clear, her teaching techniques very encouraging and we can see progress.

Hattie is excellent ! My son is really picking with her and I have heard her
She quite clear , precise and encouraging
I am glad I found the perfect teacher
She sounds very experienced in her teaching

Harriet is really excellent. She replies quickly to messages and is friendly and helpful. She has helped my son with his Spanish Listening and Speaking, 2 of his weaker areas. She’s taught him new vocabulary and helped him with his grammar. I would highly recommend contacting her!

I signed my child up for Spanish lessons over 6 months ago and I couldn't be happier with the experience!

Harriet is a patient and friendly teacher who is great with children and fantastic at what she does. My child feels comfortable asking questions and feels confident in taking part in the tasks set inside and outside the lessons. I'm amazed at how quickly my child is picking up Spanish. They now confidently speak basic phrases and can count in Spanish, which is exciting to see.
I highly recommend Harriet, her knowlege is unfounded and her spanish flare is truely wonderful. It's been a great experience to date and I can already see the benefits of my child learning a new language. Gracias! 🌟🇪🇸

I have just finished my second 1-1 Spanish class with Harriet. I am so glad I found Hattie as a Spanish tutor as she is a wonderful teacher!
Not only is she kind, patient and friendly, but the learning process is great. I am learning Spanish simply as a passion but I am looking forward to continuing my lessons.

Our 9 year old daughter is enjoying her Spanish lessons on zoom so much, she has 1 lesson a week and is doing brilliantly. Everything from making the enquiry to starting was so easy and clear

Harriet has made such a positive difference to our daughters confidence with Spanish. She is patient, explains things and makes the lessons fun. My daughter has made so much progress in a relatively short time, I cant wait to see how much more she can improve. Also dealing with Harriet has been a breeze, communication is excellent and prompt, everything is explained fully and all is well organised. I would highly recommend.

Very friendly, easy going & patient.
I feel at ease & comfortable within my session.
Rome wasn’t built in a day but I do feel within a short space of time I will improve massively with Harriet’s approach to teaching. Excelente profesor

I loved my lessons with Harriet and highly recommend The Spanish Academy if you're seeking language lessons.

My daughter has been under Harriet’s tutorage for Spanish some years now. What used to be face to face lessons had to move to Zoom during COVID and has continued that way since with no detriment to the well structured and fun lessons. Harriet maintains high and appropriate standards which are reflected in the progress my daughter is making and the enjoyment she experiences during her lessons.
