Extremely disappointed with this company In good faith I communicated with them about the passing of my father in law. The villa we booked was in the area our last family holiday was spent. The a... Zobacz więcej

Please be careful if using this site
Please be careful if using this site, whilst I have had no direct dealings and therefore cannot be 100% on the whole site I know at least 1 listing to be fraudulent
A property listed was also listed on. Airbnb at a much higher price... I therefore messaged on airbnb to see if the listing g on this site was legit before I booked... they have never heard of them and only list through airbnb and vrbo....
I am currently in the process of reporting this but please please please be super vigilant there are far too many scams about whether or not this site is an issue or a victim is yet to be determined
.... update to review :- within a couple of hours the company had reported this review and sent a cease and decist and are threatening legal action unless i remove my review.... not once have they asked for details of the fraudulent link......

We were pleasantly surprised by how…
We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly Spain Online Booking responded to our initial enquiry — within the hour. The whole process was smooth and simple, with no unnecessary back-and-forth. When we arrived, the property was exactly as shown in the photos and description. Exactly the kind of trustworthy service you want when booking a holiday abroad.

Believe this to be a scam site
Believe this to be a scam site. Was viewing a villa in playa las Americas with the intention of booking. Requested dates and was emailed right away with price and discounted offer if paid in full right away. We stayed in this villa some years ago through another letting agent and have passed by since and know that renovations have been done so the pictures shown aren't up to date. I requested up to date pictures before booking. They have not got back to me since this and I've emailed again to no response from them. BE AWARE
UPDATE!!
Since posting review supposed company emailed me threatening legal action if review was not taken down, after me providing proof of sent emails and further enquiries made to which i got no response. However having previously stayed in this villa I know that it has changed since these pictures were taken, there is a pool in the garden and renovation works. This villa is advertised on parque santiago website which shows all this when booking. Hope this is useful information for anyone who does not want to be scammed!!

Odpowiedź od spainonlinebooking.com
Mr. Harvey, We are sorry to hear about your experience with our company, but after further review of our email communications, it turns out that you did not reply to our follow-up message to your first enquiry. Your claims from this review are based on your judgement of the situation that we did not reply to a message you have sent, which in fact we did not receive. This makes your review not based on an actual experience, therefore we feel it is not correct and factual and consider that you should remove it, in order to avoid a further escalation of this matter. We appreciate your cooperation for this matter and we are looking forward to solve this misunderstanding without having to reach out to attorneys.
Regards,
Spain Online Booking.
