I am writing this because I am really upset and I want to warn others about what happened to me with this investment company. I lost a lot of money than eighty thousand dollars with this investment company that said they were good at managing money and selling insurance-based investment products. Now I think this investment company cheated me.
At first everything seemed okay with this investment company. This investment company looked professional had a website and their advisors would call and message me all the time. They talked about being safe and how my investments with this investment company were insured. That my money would definitely grow with this investment company.
Nothing seemed fishy at first with this investment company. Then I tried to get my money from this investment company and that is when the problems started with this investment company. Weeks went by. I did not get any clear answers from this investment company. I got excuse after excuse from this investment company. They said there were delays or they had to check some things or that they had problems with this investment company.
Then they just stopped talking to me. My online account with this investment company still said I had money with this investment company. I could not get any of it from this investment company. It was clear they were just stalling and playing games with me and my money.
No matter what I did they would not give me my money from this investment company. I did everything they told me to do with this investment company. I checked my identity I sent them documents. I confirmed my details many times with this investment company. Still nothing happened with this investment company.
It was clear they were not even trying to help me with this investment company. They were doing this on purpose with this investment company. They were using the fact that they looked like a money and insurance company to trick people into giving them money. Then they would just keep it with this investment company.
Later I found out I was not the one who had problems with this investment company. Other people who invested with this investment company were also having problems getting their money back from this investment company. They were getting the excuses from this investment company.
This investment company was not helping people it was taking their money. I was really stressed and I felt like I did not know what to do or where to go for help with this investment company.
Until I found Poma Advisory Ltd they looked at my situation with this investment company. They went through all my documents and messages with this investment company. They explained to me how the scam worked with this investment company.
They told me what to do. They helped me when I felt like I could not do anything about this investment company. This experience has changed how I think about investments and insurance products that are supposed to be safe with investment companies like this investment company.
I do not trust any company just because they say they will protect my money or that it is guaranteed or that it is insured with investment companies like this investment company.
If you are having problems like this with an investment or money and insurance company do not ignore the warning signs with this investment company. They will just keep making excuses and delaying you with this investment company.

I’ve been with Spaceship since the beginnijg and overall have had a great experience. My issues is in their promotions they sometimes run which encourages investing against their principles. For example in November when they pushed a percentage bonus if you invested a lump sum. That has led to me losing thousands of dollars which otherwise wouldn’t have happened. I typically invest regularly to mitigate big swings in the market. This time I didn’t. I think Spaceship should apologise to its customers for putting gamified money making exercises ahead of the philosophy that it recommends to its users.

I’ve had a great experience with Spaceship. The app is incredibly easy to use, the UI is clean and intuitive, and it’s genuinely a set-and-forget investment platform. I also love that they’re always looking for new investment opportunities to keep things growing.

Have been with spaceship for some time having closed my bank account and phone number and going to a new bank I informed them time and time again all they do is say we'll verify yourself biometric

Problem is going through that there system refuses to accept my photo no matter how many times you do it so cant log into spaceship to change to my new number to recieve verification code to mobile to access my account to change any details.

So inform them time and time again all they do is say verify yourself by biometric and send you a link when you explain you can't and why they just say sorry that's the way it is either you do it by biometric or not at all.

This company is a joke refuses to let yourself do it any other way so they are stuck with my closed bank account and I'm stuck with an account I can't use because they refuse to see reason.

The worst customer service ever I was getting accused of investing stolen money when I verified my account and photo id too.

Explain why you are advertising in toddlers games and apps you dodgy bunch of scammers!!!

I find the layout or design when it comes to understanding how much is my current investment performing slightly confusing as what I want to know is how much I have invested, how much is the gain and the final numbers. This could be shown visually better.

Good place to start with no prior experience. Definitely worth checking the fees for each portfolio to see how your investment compares to potential profit.

Spaceship is useless.
Makes you barely any money.

Spaceship lost a little bit of my money after doing some work on my account. When I brought this to their attention they disregarded it and refused to reimburse me for my lost funds.
Emailed them for over a week and they refused to claim responsibility.

I wouldnt trust this service at all.
I've warned all my family and friends, who will soon be closing their accounts.

Do not trust this company! Scammers!
