The new Spa Massage studio in Chiswick High Road is amazing! Beautiful and great atmosphere, friendly staff and professional therapists - Anita in particular is an incredibly good, highly recommended!

Great place - from the moment you enter, you feel calm and well taken care of. Dominico was outstanding, gives a great massage and continuously checks in with you to ensure right pressure. I left with my back feeling renewed. The complimentary cup of tea at the end is a nice gesture.

I had my first massage with Ash and it was excellent. I walked in and was greeted by Matha who was so kind and friendly. I signed up to a 5 block package and had my first massage that evening. It was just what I needed. I really look forward to my next one which is a week later!

The massages are great. I have had four - 3 of which were very good. However, they absolutely hound customers with offers and direct messages. I keep getting phone calls from them from different numbers while I’m at work and after I have asked them to stop calling - have been phoned about 10 times in the past month and am also getting constant texts and emails. It’s a weird mismatch to market themselves like this when the actual service is very good. It’s really making me not want to go there anymore and I don’t think I will renew my package with them. If you work in marketing at the Spa please look at how you are doing direct marketing as it’s very off-putting.
