My partner and I have been regular customers of Spa & Massage across their London branches, so I was excited to try their new location on Chiswick High Street last week. I booked a 60-minute deep tissue massage over the bank holiday, and it was absolutely amazing.

The therapist was highly professional. She took the time to ask a few targeted questions beforehand to understand my specific pain points. Throughout the treatment, she gently guided me through each stage without ever disrupting the serene, relaxing atmosphere.

The new venue itself is spotless and super clean. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish, also, they offer you a lovely tea at the end of your session. It completely lives up to the high standards of their other locations. Highly recommend!

I had the best deep tissue massage ever at Spa and Water Bayswater! The place was spotless, everything was super clean and disinfected and the massage itself was like no other…all my back and shoulder pain is gone and I’ll definitely be back every month for a routine massage! Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed the 60 minute massage, so much that I ended up purchasing a package of 5! Would recommend for anyone in London. The staff is very welcoming and professional. Their offers and packages are a fantastic deal. Looking forward to my next session.

Just had my first massage here with Mary - it was great! I had two hours with her and it was very relaxing, spending a lot of time on the tension in my neck and shoulders, before teaching me a lot about fascia and how to release it - before finishing with a a fantastic face and head massage. I couldn’t recommend highly enough, I went home half asleep. Can’t recommend enough!

Went to Spa & Massage in Bayswater last week and had such a great experience. Mary was fantastic, she really helped me relax and made the whole massage feel calming and restorative. She was attentive, professional, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I also received such a friendly welcome from Raluca at reception, who is exceptional with all visitors and genuinely makes everyone feel welcomed from the moment they walk in. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and professional experience.

I visited the Chiswick High Street branch for the first time and, unfortunately, the experience did not feel as calm or welcoming as I had expected from a spa/massage appointment.

I arrived 10 minutes early because it was my first visit, but the reception area seemed very busy, with staff debating something among themselves. I was asked to take a seat, which I did, but as other customers arrived after me they were offered tea while I was not, despite having been waiting there first. It made the welcome feel a bit inconsistent.

The massage itself was fine, but not enough to make me want to switch from my previous massage therapist, even though they are slightly further away from me.

I also bought an additional massage as part of an upsell at checkout, but I have since been unable to book them. The website keeps asking me to log in and then gives errors, even though I am already logged into my account and can see the massage in my account.

On top of that, the amount of upselling and promotional deals sent by text and email is excessive. It honestly rivals Temu.

Overall, the massage was okay, but the atmosphere, booking issues, and constant marketing have put me off.

It was a great experience from start to finish! I was welcomed with a drink and the staff were very friendly. The massage was amazing and met my high standards. I have already been back and can’t recommend them enough!

My therapist was very thorough and worked away all of my tension. I feel so much better after just one session and looking forward to returning.

I have been coming here for years and I have always had the best experience. The new Chiswick High Road location is stunning. You are greeted warmly and offered a tea or water and the surroundings are so calming. Special shout out goes to Dani and Duncan, as they are absolutely brilliant at what they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)

Every time I come here it’s absolutely incredible!! I always get a 60min deep tissue massage and it never disappoints, no matter the masseuse! Also the massage package deals are well worth it and such a nice treat at a fantastic price. So sorry I can’t remember names of every masseuse I’ve had but a few shoutouts below…

Had the best deep tissue massage with Maggie!! One of the best massages I’ve ever had and couldn’t recommend more. Maggie was incredible and made me feel so comfortable, focusing on areas I had tension in from my office job. Thank you!

Booked a one hour sports massage which was great. Therapist used the perfect amounts of pressure and hit all the target areas. Will be back again!

I’ve been using Spa & Massage in Richmond for a few years now. It’s always a high quality massage and great value for money. The employees are all lovely and take the time to listen to your needs. Ideal location in Richmond town centre.
